i went to this KFC location yesterday before watching zootopia 2 because i was hungry, and i ordered the popcorn meal deal coupon. i was deceived by the picture (the fries looked bigger then they actually we're) so i bought two sides of gravy. when i sat down at a table and opened the bag, i saw just how small the fries really we're (and they didn't even say if it was small, medium or large on the coupon) so i was furious, i headed back to the store and waited in that long line AGAIN (also just a tip, don't buy their gravy, it tastes horrid) anyways, when i finally got to the front and explained my situation to the cashier, i asked if i could replace the gravy with fries (one of them wasn't even opened btw) and she said no. i think giving me the middle finger would have been kinder, because it wouldn't have wasted my time.

Don’t go here. They don’t accept coupons from Online. Every other KFC in Toronto I have been too accepts coupons this way and enters the code from the online pdf file. The manager said they only take a physical copy.

I would recommend this location to all the kfc lovers bcz the way they cook the chicken is amazing. I have been to so many locations in town but I disappoint with all of them. Chicken was cooked so nicely all the time. Must visit.
I waited in line for 15 minutes at this KFC on Tuesday, only to be told the Tuesday special was completely sold out — even though it’s supposed to be an all-day deal. There was no sign, no warning, and no explanation. This is extremely frustrating and shows poor customer service. Wasting my time like this is unacceptable. If you’re planning to advertise a special, at least have the decency to inform customers honestly or put up a proper notice. Very disappointing and won’t be coming back here for deals anymore

I give 0 stars. This location is terrible. Customer service is the worst as well as quality of food. My delivery order was over an hour late. The fries were cold and the chicken was soggy. When I was calling to find out about my order, because it had gone over an hour at this point, the manager hung up on me, leaving me to believe that I wasn’t going to get my food. Don’t bother calling customer service. They are even worse. Shame on KFC. Do better. Stay away from this location.
