In October 2024, I made the bad decision going to KFG Kentucky Fried Chicken located in College Park. The staff did not understand my orders and when I complained, the supervisor responded disrespectfully and arrogantly that he could not do anything and even the security guard from Mall came suggesting to the manager cancel the orders, but the manager responded I will not do it, instead started yelling at me "Get Out, Get Out". I am a senior and I received such a unrespectful treatment in my life "Be careful with this place"

Kfc changed the recipe and the chicken pieces are not good, they are also much smaller than they used to be, but at s higher price. I will not be buying any KFC in the future. The new portions are shrinkflation. Terrible.

The manager is very disrespectful and ignorant and the staff could barely speak English and wouldn't help. I was trying to order food for our kids (7 kids total with 4 moms) and this manager refused to sell to us saying we are ordering too much and there is too many orders for bodi Friday. I pointed out that he was still serving all the other customers and is refusing to serve kids and he yelled that this was head office telling him to not sell then proceeded to walk away
