I ordered a pountine and some other things and there was a hair in my food... also there was so much grease or the bottom of my box was wet resulting in the box falling a part and my food almost dropping on the floor. This is not okay 😕 please make this right. I 1000% won't be back this is gross.

Got a large popcorn chicken. The bucket was filled only half way to the top. I've ordered large popcorn chicken from other KFCs and they fill it to the top. I don't recommend this location at Gerrard Square.

My God, I HAD NEVER TRIED A CHICKEN AS HORRIBLE AS KFC. The KFC in Chile is exquisite but the one in CANADA IS TERRIBLE. I gave it a try twice in different places and I was definitely disappointed.

This location is my go to spot when I’m craving KFC. The food is fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I drive by two other kfc locations to get to this one.
