I used to like this place since 3 yrs ago and ordered frequently from here but hadn't ordered in a long time. Ordered today and was extremely disappointed immediately after receiving the order. I had heard from another person that their quality went down but I decided to give it another shot.
I ordered the Chilly Chicken and egg fried rice combo worth $29!! Sure enough the egg fried rice is a joke. It came with 3 pieces of eggs, white rice, some carrots and onions. What a daylight robbery!! $14.50 for plain white rice? No garnish, no spring onions, no EGGS. Such a turn off that I haven't even opened the chilly chicken yet. Acts like these make the restaurants go extinct.
Guaranteed I will not be ordering from here ever again unless the quality changes for better.
Edit: The owner has responded to my review and instead of taking ownership for their own low quality, robbing methods; complained about other restaurants charging way more than $14.50 for food that the restaurants buy pre-made.
I know taking a real review and not such a positive review can be hard but hey you know you are trying to sell low quality with higher prices. Peak sarcasm and another way to say we are sorry you were not impressed by our low quality high prices but it is what it is and that's what the market is offering.
Thank you, owner, you just made my point clear that the egg fried rice was low quality and did not justify the price at all by explaining and comparing to other low quality restaurants.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an incredible experience! The Hakka noodles and fired rice are hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was outstanding too; the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and top-notch service. Definitely a 10/10!

I recently organized a small party at home for 20 people and chose Khao Hakka for catering. Arbaz and Nirmal cooked for the event, and they did an absolutely fantastic job!
They prepared the most delicious dishes, and every guest couldn’t stop complimenting the flavors and quality of the food. Even though I only picked up the food from the restaurant, the attention to detail and the care they put into every dish were evident.
Arbaz and Nirmal were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the experience even better. Thanks to them, the food was a highlight of the evening, and my party was a success.
I’ll definitely be returning to Khao Hakka for future events or even just for takeout. Highly recommended!
In short, this place lit! Super delicious As an East Asian, I have had so many stir fried noodles when I grew up, this reminds me of that. Noodles also contains “wok taste” which requires some technic while stir frying, the spicy is also satisfying! Way better than most Asian fast food restaurant!
This restaurant is one of the few Asian fast food restaurants that I would praise Very spicy, fried very well, and the control of the pot gas is also great If you miss the fast food in your hometown, this is the right place!

We waited 25 mins inside the store for a walk in order with an excuse of them having so many other orders. There was no proper ventilation in the store and it was hard to breathe inside, waiting for 25 mins for a dish. Big disappointment.

I ordered their lunch special, chilli chicken with steamed rice and I loved it.
If you are in a rush and don't have time to wait for the food to be cooked freshly in front of you, then order 20 min before arriving.

The food is great - and in comparison to the amount that you get it's not even expensive, however, I'd strongly suggest to NOT done in. The smoke from the kitchen was spread throughout the dine in area and it really messed up my lungs. Also, we saw a small cockroach crawling across the floor.
