I had upset stomach after having lunch there. The lunch bento box is not as valuable as before, not worth the price. Service was slow for business lunch and hard to get anyone's attention. I used to love Ki but it has changed for the worse.
Everything was good however the edamame was not fresh - a bit mushy and the dessert was stale. I didn't say anything as I did not want to disturb the table's vibe. The service was good however a bit absent sometimes which was odd since it was not busy.
I've gone twice and the first time on the patio was amazing. Food really good and great presentation. They were fast because we had a concert. I went again yesterday on the patio for a concert (23 August) and the food was amazing but I ordered a decaf Americano with heavy cream and the cream was off (it curdled) which wouldn't be a big deal usually as they re-made it for me but I just saw the receipt and they charged me for 2 coffees ($7 each) when they gave me bad cream...
