The free ice cream was off and not edible....it was freezer burnt, grainy, gritty and the scoop crumbled when the spoon hit it. Do not recommend. But the sushi and sashimi is consistently great! Agedashi tofu was more a firm tofu tempura and not the classic soft tofu

They said if you rate give stars then they will give you free ice cream so I did and I got the Green tea ice cream and it didn't taste like green tea at all and was gritty and crumbling.

Delicious and economical. All servers were so friendly and helpful. They accommodated our baby stroller and 8yo. Love the little grocery shop Nextdoor and looked like they had yummy take out containers too for good prices. Definitely plan to return!

Subject: Ongoing Delays at Kibo Restaurant – Uber Eats Driver Complaint

Dear Kibo Restaurant’s Owner,

I’m writing to formally express my ongoing frustration with the service at Kibo Restaurant as an Uber Eats delivery partner.

Every time I receive an order from this location, I experience significant delays. Even for single-item orders, I’m forced to wait at least 10 minutes or more. This is not a one-time issue—it happens consistently with this store.

As a delivery driver, time is critical. These repeated delays negatively affect my ability to complete deliveries efficiently, earn fairly, and maintain a good experience for customers.

I respectfully request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible. Either the kitchen should start preparing orders on time or Uber Eats should consider reviewing this store’s fulfillment process.
