bruh everything was out of stock when i came here... sooo disappointing since i walked 3 miles for nothing. also the cashier's forced high pitched voice and weird mannerisms she thinks is cute just pmo, like your a grown woman pushing 30, get it together.

Very slow service

Be careful to check your pick up order before leaving. This location omitted one item and charged me for it. When I got home I called asking them to deliver the missing item (veg tempura) but was only offered a free entree or a store credit. They would not make up for the error by delivering it to me (less than 1km away). I finally arranged to get a refund applied to my card. Just not what I was hoping for on a $100 order.

This was undoubtedly the worst sushi delivery we have ever had. We ordered 2 rolls, squid karaage tempura, miso soup, and gyoza soup. And everything was a disaster.

The tempura squid was rubbery, its tempura was overcooked, and dripping with oil. Completely inedible.
The sushi had almost no fish , the slices were so thin they might as well have been invisible. The other roll had sauce inside it, and it turned the roll into a soggy mess.
The miso soup was bland and unremarkable.
The gyoza soup was truly terrible. the gyoza completely disintegrated when I tried to pick them up. I did not want a gyoza-porridge-kind of soup.
This is one of the rare times we had to throw everything away because it was simply not edible. A total waste of money.

Been coming here for years but my last few visits have been exceptional, the new market in the front has tons of great options, gentleman behind the counter is very friendly and the presentation of the party platters is top notch. Kibo is currently KILLIN it

I'm so disappointed. This is my favourite kibo location. I order from here often but the latest take out order I just received is not to their usual standard and quality. Two of my pieces are complete inedible!

All of the avocado was diseased. The bottoms of the ones that looked okay to eat WERE NOT!

Ordered two bento boxes for pick-up for $20 each. I arrived 15 minutes after my order was placed online and had to wait just to be told to retrieve my own take out bag from behind the counter. I was disappointed to see that the beef bento was not freshly cooked. It seemed like it was made earlier in the day because it was cold. The salad dressing did not taste good. The only good thing was the miso soup. Will not order here again.

There are options ready-to-go but we waited under 10 min when ordered from the menu in Friday night.

Sushi was delicious, no complaints and perfect for take out. They have two small tall window tables but otherwise nowhere for dine-in so beware. Salmon lover combo was made fresh and very good which came with a salad and miso soup. Also took a freshly made veggie combo which the sweet potato one was my favourite! Street parking (by meter).

Vegetarian options: Veggie combo came with sweet potato, avocado and cucumber and some sort of pancake filled with rice which was all delicious.

Kid-friendliness: If kids enjoy sushi, they will like love their sushi.

Amazing portions! I got the vegetable/shrimp tempura as an appetizer and was full after just having that. I have never, ever gotten such a large portion of salmon in any handroll I have ever had. It was full/spilling out. Seriously double the amount of salmon of other places. The 10 piece dynamite roll with 3 pieces of salmon sushi is a great deal and large roll.

Ordered by telephone and was very friendly and efficient. Anthony works the front desk. Food was fresh and when I added soy sauce, it wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend this sushi house.
