Kibo Sushi House - Sherbourne

Giving this 1 star review for extremely rude and aggressive lady waiter. On Saturday October 4 we went there with large group for lunch time , we called them and let them know and they were expecting us and we also had to wait 20 min. When we got there in 5 min half of our friends left lol 🤣 because they couldn’t stand with her aggressiveness- rudeness at all ! She was real rude , raising her voice and rushing everything 🤣lol we ended up having lunch with rest of the group , but feels like she has problem with us too 🤣 she was still very loud and aggressive to us , almost feels like she wanted to hurt us. Everyone was agree on 1 thing ! She needs to calm down 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Worst spicy tuna and spicy salmon I have ever tried in my life. There isn’t a single piece of tuna or salmon in them.

Nice little shop tucked in a side entrance to the building. I took their ready-to-eat boxes, convient and tasty.

I had a stroller and I want to eat in. So should I teleport in? Fly in? How I'm I supposed to go in? Cannot go in the front door, cannot go in the back. Customers saw me struggling, where were the employees??

The food was amazing omg and the service was super fast

I ordered for pick-up and picked up my food as soon as the order was ready. It was a two minute walk from my home. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and shrimp/veg tempura bento plus Teriyaki Gyoza. Serving size was excellent. Shrimp tempura was soggy on the inside; too much batter or oil was too low temp. Chicken teriyaki was over-done and seemed like boiled or microwaved chicken (not grilled at all). Chunks were too large and very dry. Sauce was all water and cabbage bed was completely soggy. Tempura Gyoza were good and a fun way to prepare Gyoza. California roll add-on was good, but $6 for 6 pcs as a side was too pricey for what it was. I'm really not sure if I will bother going back.

Very cute Japanese hole in the wall. Warm and friendly. Extensive menu. But no WiFi.

Went to grab some items on end of day special since it's so close to my home. There is no sign for what the end of day special actually is - so i have to ask. The girl that closes is always RUDE. She rushes me off as if i'm bothering her. Please hire friendlier trained staff and not staff that do not like their jobs or are annoyed with customers. I visit other Kibo locations often - usually it's a good experience.
