Amazing food.
The place is nice, the service is good.
What is spectacular about this place is their food. Everything looks like a piece of art, and it's delicious and very particular.
Something you should definitely try.
If you have a special occasion, go to this place. Inviting someone here is like inviting them to heaven :)

A fancy take on Thai food and their dishes have a creative spin to it. This wouldn’t be my top choice for Thai in the city as it can get pretty pricey and the portions are what you would expect at high-end restaurants. Definitely worth a try but it wouldn’t be a regular spot for me.

Maybe the only thing better than the food at Kiin (which is very, very good) is knowing that you’ll get to enjoy it before this place, inevitably, gets its Michelin star(s). The menu is inspired in all the right ways. The flavors are fresh and straight out of a Bangkok market. The service is attentive and the atmosphere hits all the marks. Simply put one of the best meals you’ll have in the city. Full stop.

A definite must try. I absolutely loved this place and the creativity of the food. The flavours were perfection, and every dish was well thought out. We decided to go with the set menu to try a little bit of everything and I’m so glad we did.

Personally, I did not love the cocktails but I’m sure other people would. They weren’t bad in any way, it was just a matter of personal preference.

Definitely will be coming back to try the lobster pad Thai and the dumplings. They looked amazing!

The best thai food I ever had! I was dining by myself and wanted to try the 7 course tasting menue. The staff walked me through everything and I had a great time. All dishes were amazing and tasted familiar and new at the same time. If I had a tiny critique, it would be the lamb that was good, but didn't match the whole vibe. Still great though and according to some other people next to me, they needed something to fill them up.

Kiin is my absolute favorite Thai restaurant in Toronto! Every meal here reminds me why I keep coming back. Chef Nuit never disappoints—the flavors are authentic, refined, and layered with incredible depth. When you can’t go to Thailand, this is the closest taste you will get.

The presentation is stunning, and every dish feels like it was made with so much love and attention to detail. From the aromatic curries to the vibrant salads and share plates, everything is balanced beautifully—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.

The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the staff always make you feel taken care of. It’s the perfect place for both a casual night out or a special occasion.

Toronto has plenty of Thai restaurants, but Kiin truly stands out as a gem. If you’re craving a meal that transports you straight to Thailand, this is the spot.

About seven or eight years ago, I dined at this restaurant and was impressed by their white rice, which was priced at $5. Remarkably, the restaurant is still operational, and this time, I decided to try their Summerlicious menu.

The Gaeng Boombai Neua, featuring boneless beef ribs, was exceptionally tender and had a creamy aroma. The curry had a milky profile that was perfectly complemented by an amazing Roti, which had a slight crispness when enjoyed hot.

The Assorted Appetizer included a visually stunning dumpling that was perfect for photography. It was filled with coconut shreds and crushed peanuts, creating a complex texture and unique combination. However, the individual spices were quite subtle, resulting in a mild overall flavor. The dumpling skin was noticeably thick and unseasoned, serving more as an aesthetic choice than a flavorful one. The other snacks were standard fried items—neither exceptional nor disappointing.

I had high expectations for the dessert, particularly the pandan cake, but unfortunately, the pandan flavor was missing, and the cake was dry and overly sweet. The small syrup-based dessert appeared to be made from canned ingredients, which also made it excessively sweet, with notably diluted coconut milk.

Apart from the commendable Roti, I found the appetizers acceptable, while the desserts seemed merely an afterthought to complete the menu. However, the Roti truly stood out and deserves special mention.

Additionally, I ordered two beverages: pandan water, which was light and subtly sweet but not to my taste, and rose water, which was distinctly sweet with a pronounced rose flavor that felt syrupy.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was pleased with the pleasant ambiance, consistent with my previous visit. The service was commendable, and disposable hand towels were thoughtfully provided at the table. The restroom was equipped with two types of sanitary pads, which was a nice touch.

Amazing experience. One of the only 10/10 reviews I’ve ever given. Go here and get the spicy cocktail with the red chili on top!

The food is amazing; great textures, cooking temps ect. I never knew dumplings could taste that great. All the employees that had a part of our meal from the host, the bussers the table setters, Maria our server was very helpful giving us suggestions and finding the perfect wine pairing. I am still thinking about last night's dinner & those dumplings!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart & tummy

We were really excited to try this restaurant. We selected the $150 tasting menu. The food was interesting and the presentation was lovely, I would not return for a second visit for a couple of reasons. The timing between the “courses” was ridiculously long. When a course consists of three bites, there’s no need for a 30-40 minute break before the next dish. The main dish, which was the lamb did not arrive until approximately two hours after we were seated. Second, our group of three spent close to $1,000 (that’s right, $1,000) but at 11 pm when we asked for another cocktail we were told that the server had warned us it was last call (she had not) and that the bar is closed. It left such a bad taste in our mouth. Last call before 11 pm on a Saturday night in the summer time after the amount we had already spent and showing no flexibility to customers…..no thanks. There are better options in the City.
