It’s a great place to hang around. It’s not a big shiny bar. But has very cozy local vibe. They used to sell food but now a days they don’t. Hence 4 star. Also they have dartboard.

I'm editing my review as of November 2024 - I just wanted to say that I have made some of the greatest memories of my 20s at the kilt and harp. Lifelong memories and friends I will cherish forever. My only hope is that the kitchen re-opens at some point. As someone who no longer drinks alcohol I would love to have a reason to frequent the establishment again for a nice meal.
