Got the popular C1
Broth has been toned down. More bland than it use to be. Needs more salt. Pre-covid they use to add shrimp to the dish but not anymore. Owner is super friendly. Interior is slightly dirty with few flies flying around. Prices are decent.
Ordered take out of the fukien noodles, dry fukien noodles and the bun bo hue. They forgot the shrimp cracker for my fukien noodles and the bun bo hue tastes like tom yum soup. The broth is good for the fukien noodles but there's a lot of garlic in the toppings which ruins the taste.
Solid Vietnamese food. Had their specialty soup noodle (egg and rice noodle mix) and it was good. Got bbq pork dry noodle/ salad to go and it was good too. A mom & pop restaurant so don’t have high expectations on the atmosphere.
