This is not the first time I’ve found bugs 🪳 in the bread bags — it’s actually the 3rd time! 😳🤢 Two times before, I reported it to the workers and cashier, but they didn’t even care — not even a simple “sorry”! 😡
The bigger issue is that I believe this is not just one location — I’ve seen the same problem in other Kin Kin Bakery branches across Toronto 🍞🐞. This makes it feel like a common problem, which is very concerning.
⚠️ Management must take this seriously and fix the hygiene issue 🚫🦠. Otherwise, you’ll lose customers very easily. 👎

The red bean pineapple bun is amazing! The filling has the perfect texture and just the right amount of sweetness.

5/5 for the buns here and the quality is great. Really nice staff despite the characters in the area.
Great customer service. 👌 food great 👍 love the almond cookies and Hong Kong tea. Always fresh.
A lot of really good, inexpensive food
I especially like their taro and cream buns
I go here all the time in the middle of the work day to grab BBQ pork buns and they're so cheap and delicious. The entire lunch comes out to $5.95 including taxes, if you get 2 pork buns and a soda. Solid deal!
bought a few buns here and a veg puff pastry. taste-wise, really good! i wish i thought to heat up my items before eating as im sure it would’ve been even better. i appreciate that everything is labelled well.
Honestly I was looking for Hongkong cream tea and I got it nice n warm. Thank you!
I love visiting this bakery, especially on Saturdays! They bake the freshest buns every day, and by the end of the day, they're almost always sold out. The workers are super fast-paced and have all the buns perfectly displayed by 10 AM, which is impressive. I usually stop by on Saturdays, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by before they close at 7 PM!

I will gladly take the breakfast deal (2 buns and a HK milk tea or coffee) for $6 instead of anything from Tim Hortons.
Perfect to grab a quick breakfast right before going to the office. I always pass by this whenever I get off the subway as it's conveniently located right in the Atrium.

I ordered from Uber Eats and found that the fillings had a strange taste. I’m not sure if it was the preservatives, but I didn’t feel comfortable eating them. The red bean, curry, and custard fillings had a strong alcohol taste and were really unpleasant. The buns themselves were fine, but I won’t be ordering from here again.
