Mold in bread, bought this yesterday. And she just put them on the shelf. I threw the bread away. I'm glad I didn't buy more..

I seriously have to stay away from this place... because everything tastes so good it was making me fat! 😅

Kin Kin Bridlewood is my go-to guilty pleasure. The fresh buns are soft, warm, and absolutely addictive. The curry beef is rich and flavorful, and the BBQ melts in your mouth every single time. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care.

The quality here is consistent, the flavors are bold, and it’s honestly hard not to keep going back. Highly recommend if you're looking for something that hits all the right comfort food notes. Just be warned — it's dangerously delicious! 😄

I ordered two mango smoothies from this location and they tasted really bad. It barely tasted like mango and the drinks were very, very chunky with ice. We asked the lady working there if she could remake the drink and told her that it didn’t taste like mango (I’ve ordered this drink plenty of times and it’s usually not this pale and tasteless). She proceeded to tell me that the mangos are ripe and not ready, which had me confused as why she didn’t say that in advance of who they were selling this drink if the main ingredient was not ready to be used.

We asked to change our drinks and the lady was huffing and puffing and rolled her eyes when we asked her. However she did remake our drinks to a different flavour. She then told us that she wasn’t going to add the topping that we had already paid for because the owner wouldn’t usually replace drinks.

I told her that I would rather get a refund on that case, considering it wasn’t our fault that the mangos she used were not good. There was no apology from her and she was very annoyed at the fact that we wanted to replace our drinks because they were not good in the first place.

Walked in today wanting a bubble tea, walked out due to customer service not wanting a bubble tea no more lol. Treat customers with respect. I don’t need to spend 10$ with you. I want to. Goodluck

Today I paid 5 dollars for wrong order. This lady who serve me wrong order and was so rude when I ask that she serve me a cup of cold green tea instead of (bubble tea peach)
she said; that’s what I ordered!!
she didn’t even bother to listen and don’t care what I’m asking and what I’m ordering. So I left without her replacing what I ordered.

I called thier phone business number to complain and to get my money back, because I already paid for what I ordered but phone is out of service.

Today is January-11-2025
That was happened around 2pm
At this location: the lady is rude and don’t care about good costumer service.

Never again in this location for bubble tea or their food just be safe.

I waited close to 10 minutes while the employee saw me but was washing utensils. I asked for help because I wanted a cake and she told me to come back later because she was busy!! Incredible. She is the one who works on Sundays at Bridlewood Mall, and half of the looks very messy in a dirty uniform.

The freshly baked pineapple buns are delicious ~ I came here at ten o'clock. Many of the breads are freshly baked. The aunt is also very enthusiastic. Highly recommended ~

The tall lady had an unfriendly attitude. The bread was okay, but the milk tea and pearl milk tea were just so-so! Not recommended!

One of the worst locations of Kin Kin Bakery and Bubble Tea. I got decayed bubble tea and when I complaint the manager was rude and also seem to be racist. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

Freshly baked buns and cakes! Generous portion size and priced right!

Bought buns here expecting the usual ratio of filling to bread but instead I got buns that I kid you not had less than a smear of filling. It was almost entirely bread I was wondering why it felt so remarkably light. This is the last time I will be buying buns from this place, an absolute ripoff.

First time there at Woodside Square. Ordered 2 milk teas my nephew had the green tea i had regular. Both me and my nephew had bad diarrhea after going there when I tasted the tea it tasted a bit weird like a sour taste I was already suspicious my nephew said the same. A bubble tea place should definitely have better quality control especially for something as important as milk one of their main ingredients. I am definitely not going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to experience what we did. Thr tapioca tasted weird too... everything about it but I paid over 19 for the two teas so I thought maybe it was just their unique taste I didn't know their uniqueness was bad spouled ingredients.
