Customer service zero! Visiting Toronto and this was our first time to King Taps. We arrived for our reservation and we were seated at a high table. Unfortunately I have a bad back and can't sit in these types of chairs. I noticed that there were 3 empty booths that were about 20 feet from our table. I went to the hostess and explained my situation and asked to move. She told me she had no servers at those tables even though they are only 20 feet away from our table. I said to the hostess that a server can't walk from that table to the booth? This made zero sense to me. She said I can wait for a booth to free up however who knows how long this would take. With the competitive restaurant market in Toronto you would think a restaurant would be accommodating when someone has a legitimate concern, plus I'm not asking to be seated in a private room or something crazy like that. Frustrated and upset we decided to leave and have an amazing dinner at Hy's Steakhouse. I will never come back or recommend this restaurant if visiting Toronto.

I went their to pick my delivery order just now at this time and rang bell like 10-15 times till then nobody came out. Teach your staff to atleast have some manners and courtesy to come out and at least interact with the person that the order is gonna take whatever amount of time they need to prepare the order.

Excellent food and service. The steaks and mashed potatoes with carrots were delicious.Venue became super loud with overhead music after 8:00 p.m., my friends and I had trouble hearing each other when talking. I had to shout almost. My ears were ringing after leaving.

Came with a large group for dinner. We got pizza & lots of appetizers to share. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. This evening there was a bluejays & hockey game, so everyone was pumped! Lots of loud music and good energy. Would definitely come back for a fun night out.
