The experience felt incredibly rushed, and the portion sizes were unreasonably small. The tables were packed too closely together, which made for an overall unpleasant visit.

Just had the best sashimi in a while. The servers are attentive, friendly, and acknowledgeable ensuring a pleasant service from start to finish. the environment is cozy and relaxing, featuring a refined decor and a calm atmosphere. Would suggest anyone who would like to visit there to sit at the bar and enjoy their time.

I really liked the atmosphere because it was quiet.
The service were really attentive to us and polite.
The food: everything were good, especially the salmon ?!
The only thing I can reproach, and it’s really too bad the rice was too sticky and pasty.
I don’t know if it was the end of the evening and they had to do some rice quickly.
I will come back at least one time to check that.

Bad service and dishonest waitress. Food is not bad.

Don’t order the regular / popular roles as those I think are pre-made, not as fresh and not great. Would order the dragon roles though

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant last night. The servers rushed us to order because they were closing the kitchen in 20 minutes, but we had no idea they were closing. If they had communicated that before seating us, we would have been happy to find somewhere else.
Shortly after we ordered, they hurried us to get the bill. We had to ask multiple times for water, which they never brought, but they were quick to come over and rush us. One of our dishes was supposed to come with seaweed salad, but that never arrived either.
When it came time to pay, we didn’t feel inclined to tip due to the poor service, and the server responded rudely, yelling “thanks for the tip” multiple times.
Tipping should reflect the customer’s experience, and we didn’t feel it was deserved. On top of that, the food was below average.
The food is delicious ? And the staff is amazing! Made my day!

Food overall was good and we got the sashimi platter and the sushi and sashimi platter- the featured fish was very soft. We got the Asahi beer and plum sake which was good. Main criticism has to do with booking- we were told on the phone for lure reservation we could be given a booth which we asked, however because the previous guests arrived 20 minutes late the servers let them keep that table and we had to wait longer and were pushed to a more crowded area. Overall restaurants should either remind guests that arrive late they have a shorter reservation time before the next table arrives or they should cancel late guests reservations. Food gets a 4, service gets a 2.
