I was looking for a lunch place close to TIFF Lightbox and Scotiabank Theatre. My bulgogi beef meal with seaweed (extra $2) was delicious. I arrived around noon before the crowds arrived so I didn’t find the service slow, and the diner beside me who had arrived after me was able to finish and pay her bill before me so I think the server was very attentive as to whether you were in a rush or not.

Not recommended for those looking for authentic Japanese cuisine. At least the nabe udon. I should have bought Donbei at H-mart and ate it...$19??That’s not the legitimate Japanese foods I expected. At least Nabe-Udong wasn’t the one.P.S.A male stuff (prolly a manager)who was a bit muscular/chubby had tension and was unfriendly.

Decor looks nice, but food is nowhere near authentic. Okay if you want maki rolls, but everything else is so-so at best. (Udon in particular was bad). Our waitress was nice, but the waiter/host/manager nearby seemed to have an attitude. Won't be returning & will put all restaurants owned by the same person on my "don't bother" list.

I like this kinoya sushi bar. They have got all of the things that sushi bar should have. From the menu to the atmosphere, I think all of the things were good. I ate the lunch box, which was $25. It was a little bit expensive, but all of the foods were perfect. The service is really good and the servers are also kind.
