Food was just okay. Portion was on the smaller side, my boyfriend and I were both still hungry after. 😂Miso soup was so bland I could not tell it’s miso if I taste it with my eyes closed. Salmon don was so tiny it’s smaller than my hand. Some sushi were good, the rice tho does not feel fresh, it’s rather dry and hard. Would not visit again.

Food is really good. Fresh salad. Not greasy.
Tasty food and really better than a lot of Izakaya place. 5 out of 5.
Service: very attentive and caring. No complaints.
Atmosphere is warm and cozy. I could have spent a whole evening hanging out here. Then I have to be considerate and allow others to enjoy the experience.
Would I come back, absolutely yes!

One of my favorite restaurants in the city! The staff are very friendly and the food is always good.
A few of my favorite dishes here are the grilled tan, hatsu, sagari, mochi cheese bacon and sabashio. When ordering these items, it's best to pair them with a nice cold beer and some seaweed salad. If you're feeling something more comforting, then the Tonkatsu Ramen is the way to go- It never fails!
Now if you're thinking of trying something new then the unadon is a great dish to be introduced to. The eel is perfectly cooked and the rice has a nice crispy bottom as well.
The place is almost always packed so a reservation is recommended. However, if you're coming around during the slower times, you could get lucky and be able to walk-in. Sometimes there's also a waitlist, so just reserve a table just in case.

The food was good, they give you 1h30 at the table (at least the day we went) but it was so cold inside the restaurant.
I recommend the first kiss cocktail

Customer service experience matched expectations
Their food is just really good! I love the vibes they have! It's kind of small and very hot on summer but it is still good!

Great food, great service, and great ambience. The matcha plum sake was a pleasant surprise! It was sweet, tangy, and had a slight earthy flavour. Our favourite dish was the soft shell crab. However, this place is a bit expensive... Expect most of their small dishes to be $20+
It was medicore at best

Food arrived quickly and service was good overall, but draft Asahi beer was flat, miso soup was watered down, and music was some sort of weird edm / rave that didn't fit the vibe at all. Got a blast of cold air every time the door was opened, so they really need to add an additional barrier to help with that.
Also, any restaurant that defaults the lowest tip to 18% or more after tax will never get 5 stars from me.
We might return another time but only if other options aren't available.

You have to try the grilled pork neck. It’s a must.
The spicy jjamppong is also a must-order.
Honestly, the beer tasted amazing.
That said, if I go back, I probably wouldn’t order the beer in the photo again. For me, it had a bit too much foam, which was a little disappointing. Still, it was so unique that it turned into a really memorable and meaningful experience.
I sat at the bar, and the servers were incredibly kind. I even wanted to chat with the staff grilling the meat, haha.
I’ll definitely be back!
Oh but little bit noisy…! But It was fine!
Oh and little bit overpriced….!
But It’s worth
Oh and mood good I felt like I was in Japan

Great food served with terrible service and slightly unreasonable price
We booked 1 week in advance and arrived early, but were seated very close to the door and the staff was quite impatient ;)

i loved the interior decoration for this place, you are transported to japan. the food is decent but compared to other yakatori places i've tried (zakkushi) it's lacking in flavour and i think it's because they marinate the entire skewer rather than the individual pieces of meat. they do however have different options for shareable plates such as the pot stickers and agedashi tofu which we ordered for the table.
