Hi I've been going to kinton ramen for a while and it has been my favourite ramem spot. I always get the pork spicy garlic ramen and love it... I don't know what happened today because that was the saddest bowl of ramen I've had from Kinton or any other ramen place. The broth was off, didn't taste good (lacking flavor), lack of toppings and was not as spicy as usual. The hot chicken karrage sauce wasn't great either it used to almost be fully red in color and now it seems they just drenched some sweet slightly spicy sauce and alot of it. It used to make me sweat. It could be an uber eats thing but I've ubered it and gotten in many times and the uber orders were great. I hope it's a one off. Next time I get I will go in and if it's bad again I'll find another ramen spot. 50$ with uber wasted could have made some instant noodles that were better. A bowl of sadness for sure.
Edit: After looking at some of the reviews as to the quality I couldn't place the taste of the broth and now it's clear burt or burt plastic is accurate I still have the taste in my mouth about an hour later. If it's new manegment cutting corners or a new directive why bother being in the restaurant buisness.

I had an amazing experience at Kinton Ramen! The fresh ramen was incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor. Each type of meat was superbly cooked and added to the rich aroma of the dish. Definitely a must-visit for ramen lovers!

I visited your restaurant on November 15 and ordered two Pork Spicy Garlic ramen bowls. I have been a regular customer here for a long time, but this experience was very disappointing.
My spouse’s bowl was completely fine with a normal balance of meat and fat in the pork belly. My bowl was very different. As shown in the photo, the pork belly I received was almost all fat, around 95 percent fat with barely any meat. This should not be considered proper pork belly. The definition of pork belly is a balanced mix of meat and fat, not all pure fat that you threw into my bowl.
We informed a server, who then asked a supervisor or manager named Kelly to speak with us. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she told us that this is what they have and that if the meat were replaced, it would look the same. This was very confusing and frustrating. There was a clear difference between the two bowls. My spouse’s portion looked normal. Mine did not.
Her response came across as dismissive and showed a lack of basic knowledge about the food being served. The attitude we received was not acceptable. Before speaking to customers like that, your staff should be properly trained on both product knowledge and customer service.
I have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning again.

Idk if Kinton changed in general but just ordered with Uber and it was a huge disappointment. The pork chashu was super thin, dry, and round shaped. I believe these are cheap, low quality frozen pork belly. I will not rerurn to Kinton if this is a permanent thing.

Brilliant experience! Despite the busy nature of the restaurant, they were able to properly accommodate me and my group! Enjoyed the dining experience quite a bit! And our server was absolutely lovely to be around :)

marks orders as ready then has Uber drivers wait for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point of marking the orders as ready then gets upset at us for trying to pick up said order then making us wait outside when the order is supposed to be ready???

Worst treatment for Uber drivers. They are delivering food for their customers in rain and hard times but they treat them like dirt. Even if its pouring rain outside, they ask them to stay outside in pouring rain like they are not human.
