Long waits, sometimes they just plainly miss your order. They also randomly close for business events, so better call first.

Off to a bad start with Elizabeth’s attitude — she acted like she was above everyone, leaning on one leg while taking our order and looking like she didn’t want to be there. The food was okay, but we couldn’t finish because we felt uncomfortable. Thank goodness she had a name tag — we really hope Elizabeth isn’t a supervisor or manager, as it would affect the overall experience. On the bright side, Maria(?) was very kind and helpful. Really disappointing for what could have been a nice ramen spot.

It’s ridiculous that we were waiting 40mins for take out order. We stood at the front door watching people getting their food and our take out just sat there but no one packed them up for at least 10mins. We had meetings coming up, so I had to go in and asked the waitress for 3times. Poor attitude.

Went here recently after a day in the city and I stopped in for a dinner before heading home. The food was good and I got a great deal on ramen and a gyoza appetizer. Overall I’m definitely planning on coming back soon! 🍜
