I ordered the original pork ramen with thin noodles. I am a big ramen fan but I did not enjoy my meal here as the noodles were too hard.

kinton is my favourite ramen place but the poorly trained staff taking orders in this location ruined my experience today… i wanted a spicy garlic ramen and asked if they can do it in chicken today, and instead of saying no they don’t do it in chicken, she gave me a completely different broth with chicken, jalapeño and seaweed(that i’m allergic to). called back to see if they would change it for me, staff AND manager spoke extremely rudely and mocking me for ordering a pick up order on call because it’s 2024 and i should just order online on their website. i have a disability and prefer calls. they tried to tell me they’ll charge an extra $3 to change for the beef spicy garlic even though they’ve never done that before for my previous orders?it’s 2024, learn to be more accessible and train staff better for customer service?! scammed me $30, made me anxious, yelled and gaslit me saying it’s my fault and refused to accept their mistake. poor communication for the order is only part of the problem (i wouldn’t have put a bad review for it tbh), the ridiculously rude, short tempered, mansplaining manager was the real deal breaker. being disrespectful to paying customers instead of helping with a solution was heartbreaking bcz i was super nice to the staff and did not deserve this behaviour. not going back to THIS kinton…disappointing because it’s so close to my house :(

Very tasty broth and good quality pork! Shoyu ramen was really good but I think my favorite from the night was the pork miso. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. What’s not to like?
We had a very nice lunch here after going to the aquarium. Service was great and the food was good. Not the best ramen we’ve ever had, but definitely solid. I would eat here again.

ordered ramen take out and they didn’t include any cutlery or even chopsticks. didht realize until i was on the train. night ruined !!!! i was really looking forward to the ramen :(
Came here today in the evening with a group of 6 friends. By the end, the server named Honge (I might be wrong with his name spelling) was quite rude while wrapping the plates and abruptly snatched the chopsticks from hands when politely and amusingly asked if we can take the chopsticks back home. We were all shocked and saddened by his attitude.P.S. THE FOOD WAS GOOD but wishes if we had a better service too
