Had the classic pork ramen at Kinton on Queen, and it was spot on. The broth was deep and savoury without being oily, the chashu perfectly charred, and the noodles had that ideal bite — not too soft, not too firm. Service was quick, portions generous, and the Sapporo draft rounded everything off perfectly. A reliable go-to for a comforting bowl of ramen in downtown Toronto.

Kinton Ramen on Queen and Spadina is a really nice and comfy spot. The food is nice and the host was vey kind and helpful too. They had cute little halloween decorations set up as well. We will definitely go back. Ramen is our comfort food.

Its okay. The one in Ottawa Elgin St is better. They can do better ! Less crowded if you want ramen at a quiet place

It’s a nice restaurant. But honestly for the price you pay you can find much more better places 😢, it’s instant ramen quality. You can barely taste any flavor. So plain. Average.

The male server was extremely disrespectful to another table during my visit. Based on previous reviews, I’m surprised he’s still employed here and nothing has been improved. That’s simply not how people should be treated, anywhere. Really disappointing to witness.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on October 3, 2025, around 8:40 PM. When I asked the server if he could pick toppings for my ramen, he responded rudely, saying, “No brother, I don’t do that.” When I asked for a suggestion, he replied, “I don’t know, bro, whatever you want,” in a very dismissive and degrading tone — and this happened in front of other customers.

Later, I asked for cutlery, and he claimed they “don’t provide any.” When I specifically asked for a spoon, he said they can provide one. This was confusing since I’ve received utensils before when ordering delivery, so I know that isn’t true.

The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I can’t help but feel that I was treated differently because I’m a person of colour. I want to make the management aware that although I don’t know the name of the server, I have a photo from my visit in which the individual is visible, and I’m willing to share it privately if needed.

There was no respect for the customer, and I will definitely not be returning.

Ngl I'm pretty sure that Uber driver wrote those bad reviews. It was a whole dinner-and-a-show kind of night. The place was packed on a Saturday night, and this Uber guy comes in with no patience whatsoever, just flashing his phone all over the place to get noticed. He was bothering us and getting in our server's way, and that's when the yelling started. What's wild is that the Uber driver actually came back like half an hour after trying to start a fight.
Good on the server for standing up for himself and not taking any of that nonsense.
