Kitchenette is an absolute gem. Their catering is outstanding, the homemade pot pies are next-level, and the coffee/treats are always excellent. Every single item is clearly made with care & quality in everything they do :)
On top of the food, the shop itself is beautifully curated with unique gifts but wha sets Kitchenette apart is the owners - genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond with customer service. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in.
This is one of those places where you can confidently recommend anything! A true community favourite - can’t say enough good things.

Whenever I’m visiting The Danforth, this is a must. Their lasagna is so good, I don’t want to try and recreate it. Why mess with (in my opinion) perfection. I’ve also discovered their Brussel Sprout salad, yum. On my last visit, I gave into the temptation of their molasses cookie. That was a good call. Crispy, chewy, and soft, in all the right places.

I stumbled into this place looking for a little something sweet while on break but ended up getting addicted to this amazing Bacon and Egg sandwich. It was beautiful. The bun was top tier, egg was cheesy & seasoned with greatness, and the bacon was thick and perfect. I also had other goodies like cookies and brownies but that sandwich!!!

Visited today for the first time to have a look around. Lots of delicious looking ready made meals. Definitely want to try the moussaka at some point. Was craving something sweet, the two girls working were super friendly and recommended the almond coconut cake. It’s absolutely delicious, I wish I bought 2 pieces.

Sandwiches are about a 6/10, pastries maybe about the same- we weren’t blown away. Seems like its so amped up to be a gourmet place but it doesn’t really taste like its on that level…service needs improvement too. One of the girls were rude until she saw that we tipped. Wont come back lol.
