I was disappointed with my bagel - as someone else said it was dry. Also there could've been more cream cheese on the bagel (the only topping I had). The most disappointing was the coffee though. I wasn't expecting anything out of this world, but my americano tasted like coffee water. I asked for cream and it wasn't mixing into the coffee and appeared grainy (it looked like miso soup when it settles). I don't know if the machine they used didn't work or the person re-used the coffee grounds. Not sure, but it was awful and not drinkable. I'd recommend other bagel spots like St. Urbain (not in the area) and coffee shops/cafes.

This bagel shop is a hidden gem! I had the albacore tuna bagel and was seriously impressed — the tuna was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The bagel itself was soft, fresh, and had just the right chew, making for a seriously satisfying bite. A simple combo done exceptionally well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality ingredients and something beyond the usual deli fare.

Good food. Bad coffee. Fast service. Don't waste your time like we did trying to use the WIFI password printed on the receipt. It is not correct. You must ask the waitress for the correct password.

Agree with other reviews. The good is great and the gentleman cooking food is nice. One of the ladies at the front is always very rude, she absolutely need to comment on each client, makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and often when you know she is there, you just don't go only because of her. Hope the owners talk to her and explain that she is just a service person and should treat the clients nice. Thank you.

A friend and I went for lunch to catch up for lunch last week.
I thought the food and service was great. The place was pleasant and service was fast and friendly.. a great place to meet friends or the wife and kids to eat out. I am going back soon 😊

This place has lost its charm. The staff is all lovely...except for one, who is always expressing their frustration/annoyance on the staff and customers, you will know who it is if you go. Its always the same individual. Prices have in increased (for my regular order) and portion sizes are smaller. But the reason I won't be back is because of one employee (or owner). P.s. The guy who cooks the eggs is amazing, always kind and welcoming.
