I bought three times, the first time it was great, the second two time was not good the meat was dark full of fat, wasn't fresh , the fries was cold, very disappointed will not go again. Popeyes is so much better in my option

Had the Knock Out Chicken Sandwich. It was Freshly battered and cooked to perfection...bun was soft, coleslaw fresh as well....they nicely cut it in half at our request...soo juicy. Cons: Fries in combo were frozen and not fresh cut, for the $15.99 combo....seriously guys. Mac and cheese, used the same spices as the chicken, almost a tandoori mix and they loaded it with black pepper. Noodles were cooked nicely and wasn't overly cheesy but was still barely eatible. My advice .stick to the yummy chicken sandwiches.

What can I say… the food was just perfect. Crispy, filling, full of flavour. Couldn’t have asked for better chicken! By far the best joint in the city.

Exceptional fried chicken. So crispy and juicy. Just a pleasure to eat. The fries were just amazing too. The sauces to choose from are excellent. Love the j*** sauce and the suicide sauce. Mild sauce is a nice BBQ taste. Definitely a go to place for fried chicken.

"Knockout?" Not really. Jolibee is way better, and at most par with Popeyes in terms of taste. And they stands at most pricey with 4 pieces chicken and fries for $15.50. When I was there, it took 25 minutes to get my order. Understaff (cooks). Safe-distancing is way down with many as 6 or more people cramp in a small take-out restaurant. Good luck.

Amazing food for a reasonable price! I don't think I have ever had a chicken burger which was as tender, juicy, and flavored as theirs. Amazing place! Highly recommend!

Absolutely BLOWS Popeyes or any other chicken restaurants out of the water. The food is so good and perfectly balanced I'm terms of spice to flavor. Even their fries are amazing, and their sauces are homemade and also absolutely amazing. Also, the worker at cashier wearing this t shirt was so helpful and friendly. I had a 20 min conversation with him about all sorts of stuff, very nice and friendly guy. Only issue I have with this place is that I didn't get to grab his name. Amazing food and amazing service!

Cool spot to eat some clucking good chicken! I got the fried chicken sandwich, fries and soda special for $10 and it delivered on taste. This place is different from others in that they use more heat and curry in their sauces, so if that isn't your jam, it may not be for you, but I liked it quite a bit. Good Food, great price

The chicken sandwich is not as expected. The picture and taste is something and actual is something else. For the price I paid I will get a better chicken sandwich other place.

I first saw this place on IG, and it looks amazing. I could not wait for the weekend to come so I could place my order. So, as soon as I finished work on Friday evening, I placed my order via DoorDash. My order was confirmed, and all I had to do was wait. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries, 10 wings and an order of poutine. As I was waiting for my food to come, the store called me to tell me that they sent off my order and forgot to put the wings in the bag. The solution that they offered was that I could come and pick it up (which defeats the purpose of ordering out), or the next time I order from them, they would give me 10 free wings. Yup, the "free" wings that I paid for and they did not send. When I pointed out the error in her statement that giving me wings that I have already paid for and calling them free made no sense, she then told me that they would give me 20 wings instead with my next order. I said fine and got off the phone. It then occurred to me, why would they not just send the food now? So I called back to ask. I spoke to another employee; their reply was, "How are we supposed to do that?" I suggested sending it in an Uber. They said they don't have Uber. My response was as follows: "so you took my money for a product that I am not going to get, and the only resolution you offer is for me to come and pick it up or wait until the next time I order to get it? How does that solve the current problem of my not having dinner to eat?" They replied with "it's not a big deal, mistakes happen, and we offered you a solution." I asked for a manager, and he answered, "the manager is not here." It was at this point that I hung up my phone. And to add insult to injury, they sent the wrong GD sandwich!In conclusion, if you feel like a fun way to spend your Friday night is having a restaurant get your order wrong, then talking down to you, order from Knockout Chicken. However, if you can think of a better way to spend your time, perhaps you should look someplace else.

I ordered online and had a pick up window of 11-11:30. Shortly after 11 when I arrived I was told it would be ready closer to 11:30. When I returned at 11:25 I was told they needed 5 more minutes. This was disappointing, I drove 20 minutes from north York for it, expecting I could pick it up during the pick up window. It was ready at 11:31. The staff apologized, but it was not an exceptional experience.The quality of the food was great! Huge portions, great price. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. I didn’t love the flavours. While I didn’t hate it, I won’t find myself eager to go back. I’m sure the flavours are great for others, but not for me and my husband agreed.1 star lost for our pickup experience. 1 star lost because of flavour.
