Horrible sushi and sashimi, and even worse service. While bento boxes may be their thing, watch out for the sashimi - all of the pieces of fish were cut so thick it was gross, and it wasn't fresh. The sushi was half decent until we found 2 pieces of hair on either side of the tray. The wonton soup was uneatable. It was sour and the wontons tasted as if they had gone bad. When we called to flag these serious health issues, we were told to provide proof by way of photos and a copy of the Ritual receipt, which we actually did. The restaurant should have immediately tried to rectify the situation but instead they started nit picking on the length and colour of the hair, insisting it wasn't theirs, and disregarding all the other complaints about the quality of the food. The final insult was a weak offer of a $20 discount off our NEXT order...given the number of options in the area, and the fact we're talking about raw fish, this seems out of touch, and irresponsible. DO NOT EAT THERE.

They do take out really well. Everything is always packaged very nicely and they never forget all the sauces and utensils. Bento boxes are well worth it for $20 after tax for more than enough food including dessert. Everything tastes fresh, no complaints!

Ordered delivery, and half of the items we ordered were missing. We called and they said they'd put extra if we order again, and we were able to get a refund through doordash but it is still disappointing.Unfortunately can't order again since we got a discount from doordash and it won't apply on a second order, and we'd need to pay extra delivery fees for another order.
