Great food and very accommodating staff! Any time I have asked for anything including extra jalapeños they will add it. Thanks!

Unfortunately the quality of service and quality of food is going downwards. I have been ordering here for several years, at least once a week. You have to repeat your order multiple times, and often times it’s still made incorrectly. Additionally, the portions continue to decrease, but the price goes up. It’s a decent spot - hopefully can get back to what it used to be. Cheers. Will update my my review if I see a positive change.

I order lunch from Koha three times a week and love it. The manager and the staff are always friendly and in good spirits. They know my preferences and always accommodate. I would definitely recommend this location!

Really stupid policy & menu
They have a bunch of toppings but don’t let you pick any and won’t even let you add or change toppings for a fee. Other locations in the city are much better.
Always a go to place. Great Bao buns, lots of fresh vegetables to choose from. Rice and noodles are both great - Staff are always friendly and joking around with one another. If you like bigger portions these are great sized boxes and meals.
Just be careful, you might end up going here every day!

I found hair in my food 😩
Over-Priced : The proportion of the food didn’t justify the price (almost $20)
Disappointment: Try to build my own bowl, but forced to take the less-like ingredients because the staff kept saying they run out of, however, it was just lunch time (around 12:00)
Flavour of food was alright, but beef was kinda hard and dry, and rice was hard as well.
The Half Beef Bulgogi Half Korean BBQ Chicken Korean Bowl at Koha Pacific Kitchen (Commerce Court West Food Court) was a miss. Both the Korean BBQ Chicken and Beef Bulgogi were on dry side and a bit too salty. The wild rice, kimchi and veggies were good.
Great service

Koha is my go to lunch spot (Signature Spicy Pork) when working in the office.
In my opinion it is the best food in commerce court
This is my favorite KOHA around downtown Toronto. Food is always fresh and the staff are courteous

Ordered spicy pork rice bowl with hot mix (mixed salmon and tuna) add on. Did not get any of the salmon or tuna.
Edit: 2 stars to 4 stars. The owner Ben reached out advising the company is in the midst of updating the pictures to not include the pink cabbage. He offered a free Bao from the location of my choosing and the quality was good per the usual. Therefore, I have revised my rating due to the great customer service from the owner and as they are remedying the misrepresentation in their images for sale.
I went here on a weekday for lunch for the spicy pork Bao based on what I saw pictured online. When I went to order the staff took their time and was not the most friendly. When I inquired about if the pickled cabbage was included they said it was only what was in the description and the picture were incorrect. I double checked as daikon and cabbage are quite similar and perhaps they made a mistake. They clarified it was not included. I asked if it was possible to add the pickled cabbage as pictured and I would pay however much to have it added. This is when the staff member started getting snippy with me. As I paid and walked away she said under her breath "it was just a picture". In reality this is false marketing and I find it infuriating that they charge $7 for an item not as pictured. There are plenty of other Bao restaurants in the path and I really feel like I wasted my money here instead of supporting another store who actually wants my business. The staff need some training on customer service and the marketing photos need to be updated. I'm happy to revise my review to add back some stars if that happens as the food served here is quite good otherwise.
