it’s inside a strip mall next to supermarket but they have legit japanese style pastries and bread which are soooooooo good, so puffy and soft like air, and the owners seem so sweet i could see them baking in the back ?
while i can’t speak to the crossiant or the turnovers the japanese bread and buns are 10/10

Absolutely love this place! Their Japanese cheesecakes are just like the ones at uncle tetsu and I always get them for my mom because she loves them. The vanilla melon bread is also really good. The people there are also really sweet!

You can taste soft and light bread every day. Corn cheese bun. Red bean bread and cream puff bread are delicious. Cheesecake has its own taste. It tastes a little different from Uncle Tessu.
