Smokey Tonkotsu and seafood tempura was delicious! Took takeout to the Chelsea hotel across the street. The server that greeted me was nice and I can tell that the atmosphere is a place we would enjoy regularly if not from out of town.
Service was very quick. Staff were friendly and attentive. The ramen was very delicious, reasonably priced and the portion sizes were were enough for one person. Would recommend coming here as a lunch and dining spot.
Very overpriced for mediocre ramen! Tried the lobster option and they served me old rotten lobster in my ramen. Our server didn’t come back until after my friend was done and didn’t offer any kind of discount or apology for my uneaten meal.
Would never recommend this place for food.
I ordered Ebi shio ramen and was awesome.
Rich flavor of shrimp🦐
I'll go back to Konjiki ramen soon!Love!!!
Visited late Thursday lunchtime and was easily able to obtain a table. The place wasn't so busy, yet, the staff served me immediately and were friendly and efficient. I was able to communicate with my limited Japanese which was fun. I went for the regular ramen and it was pretty good. Presentation was done well and price was reasonable for Toronto ($15.5 before tax). The ramen shop is well decorated and kept clean. They have offering from their Saryo cafe at their North York centre site although I didn't see if they had coffee (I did see green tea). The wash room facilities were clean and well maintained. I noticed the property is quite narrow.
The Spicy Red Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious! There were layers of flavour from the creamy broth to the spice from the ground pork and chili oil. I think I should've mixed it a little better because by the time I got to the bottom of the bowl, the spiciness was a lot stronger than anticipated. The egg was perfectly cooked - soft boiled with a jammy centre. I was surprised by the cherry tomatoes in the broth and would've been happy without this addition but looking forward to trying other ramen flavours at Konjiki.
Only 1 vegan option
, and the service is very slow
One of the best sushi I’ve ever eaten in Toronto.
Fresh and delicious.
Konjiki Ramen in downtown Toronto offers an exceptional dining experience with its rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles. The cozy, intimate atmosphere and attentive service make it a great spot for a satisfying meal. If you’re a ramen lover, this place is definitely worth a visit!
The ingredients are quite good (chasu, tamago) and I like the variety outside of ramen like donburis and curry.
Unfortunately our waiter forgot an addon for my ramen and my friend ended up getting really bad food poisoning from his donburi.
Restaurantji Recommends
Probably some of the closest ramen you can get to authentic made in Japan ramen. The staff are very nice, the location is close to a lot of the main stops in Toronto and it is a very cute and charming restaurant. We had the Wagyu Ramen and the Yuzu Ramen with the Chicken Karage I just wish I had a bigger stomach to try more.
Amazing ramen and perfect for a chill time! Strongly recommend!
Mediocre ramen that is overpriced for what it is. More importantly, the walls are decorated with bad AI art. Spend your money somewhere else!
3.5 stars
Didn’t know you could have avocado based broth, but I shoulda known, it’s avoca-do not avoca-don’t.
