Arrived and waited to be sat like the sign said, however no one greeted us or informed us on the wait. Saw multiple tables leave and still waited 15 minutes, yet still no server came over. Walked in and asked a server about the open tables, he responded and said he would clean them. Waited another 15 minutes and still no one sat us. Walked out of the waiting area again and asked the server what the issue was and he had no response. When I asked if he wanted us to leave he said yes. So my partner and I left, pretty awful experience.

No idea what the food tastes like but the service was non existent for walk ins. They ask you to wait to be seated and despite there being space and people walking out they ignored us for over 20 mins. We walked in and asked if there was a problem, they were dismissive and said we could leave if we wanted to. So we did. I came on recommendation but I wont be back

Smokey Tonkotsu and seafood tempura was delicious! Took takeout to the Chelsea hotel across the street. The server that greeted me was nice and I can tell that the atmosphere is a place we would enjoy regularly if not from out of town.
Service was very quick. Staff were friendly and attentive. The ramen was very delicious, reasonably priced and the portion sizes were were enough for one person. Would recommend coming here as a lunch and dining spot.
Very overpriced for mediocre ramen! Tried the lobster option and they served me old rotten lobster in my ramen. Our server didn’t come back until after my friend was done and didn’t offer any kind of discount or apology for my uneaten meal.
Would never recommend this place for food.
I ordered Ebi shio ramen and was awesome.
Rich flavor of shrimp🦐
I'll go back to Konjiki ramen soon!Love!!!
Visited late Thursday lunchtime and was easily able to obtain a table. The place wasn't so busy, yet, the staff served me immediately and were friendly and efficient. I was able to communicate with my limited Japanese which was fun. I went for the regular ramen and it was pretty good. Presentation was done well and price was reasonable for Toronto ($15.5 before tax). The ramen shop is well decorated and kept clean. They have offering from their Saryo cafe at their North York centre site although I didn't see if they had coffee (I did see green tea). The wash room facilities were clean and well maintained. I noticed the property is quite narrow.

The Spicy Red Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious! There were layers of flavour from the creamy broth to the spice from the ground pork and chili oil. I think I should've mixed it a little better because by the time I got to the bottom of the bowl, the spiciness was a lot stronger than anticipated. The egg was perfectly cooked - soft boiled with a jammy centre. I was surprised by the cherry tomatoes in the broth and would've been happy without this addition but looking forward to trying other ramen flavours at Konjiki.
Only 1 vegan option
, and the service is very slow
One of the best sushi I’ve ever eaten in Toronto.
Fresh and delicious.
Konjiki Ramen in downtown Toronto offers an exceptional dining experience with its rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles. The cozy, intimate atmosphere and attentive service make it a great spot for a satisfying meal. If you’re a ramen lover, this place is definitely worth a visit!
The ingredients are quite good (chasu, tamago) and I like the variety outside of ramen like donburis and curry.
Unfortunately our waiter forgot an addon for my ramen and my friend ended up getting really bad food poisoning from his donburi.
