Smells bad in the restaurant like there is no A/C. Also they placed us in an uncomfortable area and when we asked to move us they moves us to an uncomfortable chair again. The grills flames were working on one half only. The food was moderate not bad.
HOWEVER, super fast service

First time back since COVID and ordered L50 which turned out to be some sort of bento box. The chicken, beef and tofu were dry and flavorless - even soy sauce and chili oil couldn't rescue them. I don't think meat had been marinated at all. I might come back and try their meat combo special but it's only available on weekdays.

Ate here instead of free chickfila cause the line was too long. Definetly a good detour.

Nice place to try.
Had a pleasant meal here with my family.
Location looked clean. Nice atmosphere. The area is very accessible when walking. Driving might be a bit different; parking around this area of the city could be challenging. Good was good. Pricing felt within a fair range. Staff could have been a bit friendlier and attentive but nothing major. It was still a decent experience.

I drop in during lunch time to have their kimchi tofu soup lunch special. It definitely hits the spot if you want something spicy and warm. Decor of the restaurant is getting dated and you can expect average service. Nevertheless, the lunch specials are definitely worth a visit.

Update: They offer a $12.99 BBQ lunch special that includes a serving each of chicken, pork, and beef, salad, miso soup, and all the side dishes. This is perfect for a protein heavy post workout meal.

We went there with our friends and we enjoyed it so much ,,, our server were very nice and we had AYCE and it was very nice ... they were fast enough and serving us , all the meats and etc... were fresh and good , also they were super friendly,,, and I read in lots of reviews they're charging you for tips or service on your bill but our server told us when he gave us our receipts so no complains on that :)

We really enjoyed it and for sure we will go back there again especially it's super close to our places

Highly recommended 👌

Went to there with my kids when I traveled Toronto. Price okay but quality bad. 13% is already included in the price.
That can be Korea Style but never be Korean BBQ.

not a lot of choices for all you can eat meat, they automatically charge you tip, the washrooms are dirty only one toilet is available for use and the flush is barely working. that’s why they’re never busy nobody comes here.

Absolutely love KGH . We've been going to this place for at least 5 years now. Food is absolutely delicious, consistent quality and the staff ( especially the manager) are amazing. They have a lunch and dinner special both options are really good 👍Short ribs and spicy beans sprouts are to die for!

Recently visited the Korean Grill House on Yonge Street. At first, everything was going well — the food was good and the atmosphere was fine. However, things changed mid-way through the visit.
One of the staff members went on break, leaving only two people working. I noticed that one male staff member was barely contributing — he was walking around, seemingly doing nothing, while another female staff member was clearly overwhelmed.
She was making drinks, serving food, and handling the bills all by herself. I watched a drink sit on the bar for around 5–6 minutes while that male staff member just passed by it multiple times. He finally brought it over much later, but it was clear he had no sense of urgency or teamwork.
When the staff member who had gone on break returned, he immediately got back to his responsibilities and seemed far more helpful.
To that hardworking girl — you deserve better. You were doing everything and keeping the place running while being completely unsupported. That kind of work ethic deserves appreciation, not to be taken advantage of.
Management should seriously reevaluate the staff dynamic. It reflects poorly on the entire customer experience.
