There's nothing much good to write about. The food tastes like it's made by someone learning to cook without a recipe for the first time. There's an automatic service charge for a non-bbq menu for a table of two. The side dishes are seemingly decanted from bulk grocers such as Costco. For better or for worse, the price point is reflective of that.
If the expectation is heating up store-bought products in a manner that vaguely resembles Korean food, then there is nothing wrong with this restaurant. If your expectation is anything beyond that, I'd suggest visiting the hot food aisle of a Korean grocer over this.

Honestly, in this winter cold, nowhere feels as cozy and warm as Korean BBQ! The food quality is amazing, and the flavors are absolutely incredible. The prices are still very reasonable for the quality and taste they offer. I’ve been coming here for years, and their standards have never dropped. It’s always a great choice, whether you’re hanging out with friends or just craving something delicious. Highly recommend ii, you’re in for an amazing experience!

I had to get a little upgrade to the dinner menu,because it had what I was craving beef ribs, lamb and chicken wings lol,which meant i had to pay more for it, but it was so worth it.we loved it absolutely delicious dishes aw

This place is the best. $8 Lunch Bento Box. $20.99 Lunch all you can eat. Amazing food. Amazing staff. Just can't praise this place enough. By far my go to lunch time spot in Toronto. I go here at least 2 times a week. 10/10

The famous pork bone soup The pork bone was cold inside when it was served! I asked to make it spicier and was told it’s pretty spicy. When it was served not even one bite of spicy at all. Haven’t been to this store for ages and was hugely disappointed.

I had lunch at Korean Grill and found the staff friendly and welcoming. The place is huge with silver color cutlery of spoon, fork and chopsticks on all tables looking neat and organized. The food was so delicious and fresh. The portions were of decent size. My friend who had an allergy to soy was being accommodated right away. She really enjoyed her fried rice with assorted vegetables. I really appreciated the staff went above and beyond with their services. Excellent services from the servers to the Grand chef. I had to thank specially Jackie, our main server. He was prompt, quick and quite knowledgeable. Yes, I will go back there again without second thoughts. Excellent services with great food !!! Yummy! I also appreciated the staff honesty of telling us that the tips were incorporated into our bills. We did not have to rattle our brains:).
Dietary restrictions: The staff was knowledgeable in providing adequate dietary restrictions to their patrons. Excellent services.
Visited on the weekend and their prices are different then advertised on the menu and online....they say it's a "promotion" but end up charging you 15% gratuity automatically.
You dont really have an option, when asked to pay what the menu quoted, they asked me to go elsewhere instead if I didn't like their promotion

Came here for my birthday and I was disappointed. The rice was overcooked, the Japchae was too oily, the lamb was too gamey, the chicken was salty, And the service was sub par… I miss the days when tips were earned through excellent customer service. I don’t feel like the gratuity was earned. The only thing I enjoyed was the company of my Lover.
