Very good diner
Honestly one of the better places we've been to in the city. We stumbled on this place randomly for breakfast on a Saturday morning, and it was great. Looking forward to coming back to try more items on the menu.
lovely place, delicious brunch, generous people
Great food, great patio, very friendly staff, super reasonable prices. My favorite diner
The food was good, with generous portions and well-prepared dishes. However, I saw a live mouse in the women's washroom, which raises concerns about cleanliness. Because of this, I might hesitate to recommend the restaurant.
The food has for years been amazing! The service incredible and the cleanliness is on point always🩷
We visited the restaurant as a group of 8, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was good, and the cuisine was top-notch. I especially loved the salad—it was fresh and delicious. However, I did encounter a small issue: there was a mouse in the washroom. While everything else was enjoyable, this did affect the overall atmosphere. Still, I recommend this place and I hope they address the cleanliness concerns.
Very nice staff and great food. My kids loved it too! Parking is free... pretty sure we got the last spot
Friendly owner, delicious food, parking available

Been coming for years. First time back since Covid.
Still a great place for good food and prices aren't bad for the times.
Kos Cafe is a popular neighbourhood diner that has resisted recent fads and trends and focuses on the essentials: great food, great service, reasonable prices.
We went for a weekday lunch and most of the tables were occupied; already a good sign.
We ordered the bacon burger /w fries ($18) and pancakes ($10). Both arrived within 5 minutes, piping hot and fresh. The burgers were made in house, and the fries were ultra crispy. The pancakes were soft and fluffy dusted with icing sugar.
During warmer weather, the patio is open and everything is cooked over a charcoal grill.
Can't beat this place for breakfast and lunch.
Did not enjoy our experience here, both food and service are awful. Firstly, the restaurant itself is not very clean, and the lady serving us was quite rude. My salad was very bad, the dressing tasted off (possibly expired?) and some of the lettuce was wilted. My wife got the same salad, and not only did it taste just as bad, but she found a hair in it a few bites in... We just paid and left without finishing. Will never return and would not recommend.
Nice people and healthy food.
