Overall I won't recommend or go back to the restaurant. We had to flag down a server after sitting for awhile. No acknowledgment of the birthday that was being celebrated. We needed to restate our dietary, although it was in the notes. Server quickly took orders with minimal hospitality. Had to ask the servers who brought our food for our drinks. The latte that was ordered was served in a mug with lipstick on it. Food was ok. The waffles were a little grainy. Ran out of earl grey tea.

We recently celebrated our 39 th wedding anniversary there. Boy did we pick the right place! They were so nice and went out of their way to celebrate us. We were given a glass of champagne and the manager bought us our favorite shot and then if that wasn't enough, Will brought us desert❤️. We felt special and the food was OUTSTANDING! Kudos to you all. What a wonderful place you have! Thank you again for a great experience. Special shoutout to Will. You are lucky to have a server like him.

Stopped by last week, and it was hands down the best service we experienced in Toronto. I came with my family, and our server—pretty sure his name was Will if I remember correctly (muscular build man) was outstanding. He made us feel right at home, like part of the family. So welcoming and attentive. Unreal views too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

KOST is a flashy Toronto restaurant similar to the likes of Lavelle and King St. places.
The food looks good and tastes great, but is way too pricey for the portion sizes and what you actually get for it.
The view is incredible, and KOST has wonderful wait staff.

I went to this place the wither was look like I did something bad to him with very angry face even at some point I didn’t wanted to order I was waiting almost 30 minutes then the wither came then we were waiting another 50 minutes our appetizer arrived then by the end for a shitty food and shitty service we paid a lot please don’t go don’t waste your money and your time

I visited this rooftop patio with friends and was really disappointed by the service. We had to send our drinks back because they weren’t made correctly, and instead of handling it professionally, our server gave us serious attitude for the rest of the evening — even though the mistake wasn’t ours. The whole vibe from the staff felt judgmental, like they were pocket-watching and sizing us up the entire time. To top it off, we were essentially forced to leave a tip despite the poor service. I expected better from a place that markets itself as a good hangout spot. Definitely won’t be returning.
