This was our first time at the restaurant, and we were absolutely impressed! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Everything was top-notch in quality. But what really made our experience special was our server, Setia. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Setia, for such a wonderful evening

We came to this location because we really like the Vaughab branch of Közbingöl. Unfortunately, this visit was a very bad experience.
Two of us ordered chicken sandwich, a chicken pirzola, and a döner plate. The chicken items were okay, but the döner tasted extremely sour. It had a very strange flavor, almost as if it wasn’t beef at all. We went back and asked about it because we were concerned.
The staff told us “you won’t get poisoned, everything is always fresh.” They also said sometimes milk can go sour in the heat. Honestly, this explanation made us even more worried. If something like milk is sour, that’s already a serious issue.
Despite acknowledging that something might be wrong, they still charged us for the döner. We have never had such a bad experience somewhere and still been asked to pay for food that tasted spoiled.
We will definitely not be coming back. Also, the place was almost completely empty, which now makes sense.
We have been coming here regularly for more than a year, and the dishes and sandwiches are always good. Salima is always kind and smiling, as is the other girl whose name I unfortunately don’t know. In short, the staff is great and the food is very good!

It was my first time here, and I loved it! I asked for recommendations and was very happy with the food. The staff (especially the lady who helped me) was so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back!

I ate the beyti it was nice, however the older man which looked like the manager in the kitchen was yelling at the workers which made the experience overall unpleasant and uncomfortable.

The best Shawarma place ever the best workers. They are so kind they’re Shawarma is unreal. Their quality of chicken and ratio does not lie. I would recommend and get Shawarma from here and every single lifetime of mine.

The service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. The staff had an attitude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive responses, and there was no friendliness at all. It completely ruined the dining experience, no matter how the food tasted. We left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we visit.

We waited 20 min with hungry kids for them to serve special customers while taking picture of them with their fancy dishes. And when we asked how long it's gonna take to be served, they didn't even apologize stating that's rush hour and it's normal to wait 25 min for 2 kababs.
You could have at least warned us that's gonna take some time so we would have gone somewhere else to feed the kids.
They even accepted to get paid for a pide we didn't get stating that we can't cancel the order. I just paid so they don't say that i came and ate their free appetizer.
Ugly place with ugly service.
I don't recommend
