I have been a loyal patron of Kramer’s for years, but the manager at the bar incorrectly claimed that I did not pay an $18 bill, despite having proof of payment. I paid the bill again and tipped generously, as I always do, and have also promoted the establishment on my Instagram account, which has 20,000 followers. However, the manager refused to allow me to purchase additional alcohol, even when I offered to pay upfront, and was extremely rude, ultimately banning me from the premises. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the owner, Ben, my concerns were ignored. It is worth noting that I have not consumed alcohol in over a month, and it appears that the establishment prioritizes serving individuals who are intoxicated and financially unstable. I will be sharing my negative experience on both Instagram and TikTok, which has 100,000 followers, and will be taking my business elsewhere, while also escalating my complaint

The decor strikes a great balance between modern and cozy, making it a comfortable spot to unwind. The menu offers an impressive variety of dishes, showcasing everything from classic burgers and BBQ to unique vegetarian options. I opted for their signature burger, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy with just the right amount of toppings. The flavors were incredible, and I appreciated the fresh, high-quality ingredients. My friends raved about the wings, which were crispy and packed with flavor. What truly sets Kramer’s apart is the exceptional service. Our server was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The staff seemed genuinely invested in creating a fantastic experience for their guests. To top it all off, the drink selection is fantastic, featuring local craft beers and creative cocktails that perfectly complement the food. I tried one of their seasonal cocktails, and it was refreshing and delicious. Overall, Kramer’s Bar and Grill is a fantastic place to enjoy great food, drinks, and company. Kramer is worthy of its 4 ⭐️ rating. I wouldn’t rate it any higher & possibly lower tbh.,.
I ordered the Tuesday Special sandwich & specifically told the server before ordering that I did not want jalapeños on sandwich or anything spicy as my palate/stomach cannot tolerate spiciness whatsoever.
When the sandwich arrived it was loaded with jalapeños. I removed them & kept them aside but the taste of sandwich still resonated with jalapeños. My wife ate majority of sandwich & I had her BLT which was not what I wanted in first place.
The popcorn shrimp was good as was the cheese & broccoli soup. I wish I had stopped ordering there in all honesty. Also, I informed server that we don’t like/want ketchup with our tots & preferred mayonnaise. The ketchup bottle sat at our table untouched.
I was surprised to see that we were charged $2 for mayonnaise which I believe was petty. I’ve been to many dining establishments & if we don’t want/like ketchup they give us mayo FREE & not charge $2. And, most importantly, we were NOT informed beforehand that there was $2 surcharge for the mayo. It would’ve been nice to know as I would’ve elected to not have any thusly!
Lastly, my beautiful wife is pregnant. She can’t drink alcohol. To support her I do not drink when I’m dining with her. They did not have diet Pepsi so we elected for water. Our glasses were left empty several times during our lunch service- & there were only 3 ppl in the bar. I suggested to our server that he just bring/keep water pitcher to our table as it would save him time/effort & we did not want to bother him. We were trying to be considerate of his time. He politely declined. No problem. If you choose not to do so then keep our water glasses full please & thank you.
Kramers is only worth 4 star ⭐️ & prolly 3.5 if all things considered. Our lunch took far too long to prep/serve & we were the only 2 in bar/Resto eating. It’s highly doubtful we’ll return if we’re ever in the neighbourhood- sadly….
