Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a crème brûlée croissant cube. The dough was soft and buttery and they do not skimp on the filling. I’ll be back for the mango coconut or yuzu.

I wish they had a seating area (i do understand is not really possible bc the place is so small). But since I loved everything I tried there, just wish I could have stayed longer to try even more things haha

The service was excellent too. The girl at the cashier was super sweet.

i don’t even like croissants that much but kream’s cube croissants were really tasty, and filled VERY generously. like the cream was oozing out and it was so messy to eat — is there such a thing as too much cream maybe???? luckily, it wasn’t too sweet so it wasn’t sickening. the croissant didn’t taste super fresh but it was still so good. it was thick, dense, and had a buttery fragrance to it. some bites were also crispy, you could taste the bake. i very much preferred the taro over the black sesame one.

the taro cream was actually quite sweet (compared to other taro flavoured things), and didn’t have the most DISTINCT signature yammy taro flavour, but it was super good. on top, there was a savoury, slightly salty taro chip. the black sesame was definitely less sweet (barely sweet at all???), and though some bites had a very strong nutty sesame taste, i don’t think it went very well with the croissant and it kind of faded out. i did think that the rosemary (or potentially thyme?) on top was quite interesting and peculiar.

in addition to the croissants, i really loved the oreo banana pudding. the dessert was sweet, but it didn’t have the typical “artificial” sweetness that you find in most banana puddings. instead, the natural flavour of the banana was very prominent, and the sweetness came from a combination of that and the soft oreo topping (not crunchy cracker texture). the banana pudding was super creamy, there were bits of crumbly cake inside, and i really liked the oats/granola on the bottom (although i would like if there was more of it and it was crunchier and had a stronger oat taste).

Coffee was pretty good, but croissant deserts felt a bit hyped and rather ordinary.

Been going here since they opened when they used to gave free samples to get their name out there, was super happy to hear that they have multiple locations now. Will always come for the cube croissants and wasn’t super interested in their other products after trying them (mini croissants were actually pretty sad, cakes were just fine but kind of expensive for the quality and taste) until they started selling salt bread. I’ve missed having good salt bread after a trip to Seoul and Kream’s version is pretty decent, best I’ve had in the city so far 7/10 overall. If they ever have a similar tax free deal like with the cube croissants, I’d get 6 at a time for sure.

However, there was a mistake when checking out. My partner wanted to get 2 regular salt breads and 2 basil but was rang up as 3 regular and 1 basil. Not a big deal, just wanted to try the basil anyway. But when he brought them home, found out it was 2 regular and 2 garlic cream cheese. Really not a fan of savoury cream cheese so was disappointed with the mistake. Maybe since it was a pretty new item there was a mistake with how to distinguish the flavours. Hopefully they’re restocked more carefully next time under the right signs.

One of my favorite croissant spots in Toronto. They have a very original presentation, and what I especially love is that the croissants are always generously filled. The flavors seem to change monthly or seasonally, but they also keep some classics. My personal favorites are Lotus, Black Sesame, and the simple milk croissant.

Why four stars? The main reason is the pricing on Uber Eats. Their so-called “deal” often isn’t really a deal — the price per croissant under promotion can actually equal the cost of two. For example, while a croissant in the café costs $5.50, on Uber Eats the “discounted” price ends up being around $12 per croissant, which I didn’t find fair. Another small drawback is that the space itself is quite limited, so when it’s busy it can feel a bit crowded.

Pros: generous filling, fair prices in the café itself, friendly staff, and a clean, cozy atmosphere.
Cons: Uber Eats pricing and limited space.

The croissants were ok but service was rude. The girl at the counter didn’t like answering questions. Looked fed up and answered like she was really annoyed. Not sure if I would be going back with that attitude. Not worth it.

very tasty and aesthetically-rich desserts. will be coming back again to try other fillings of their little cube pastries! 😋
