I just had the most wonderful experience there and wanted to thank the staff. It was the first time my little one tried a real North American doughnut, and the person who helped us made it so special. The food was very pleasant, of course. There was a wide selection even though it was later in the day. The place had quite a few customers, but we found a table right away. It was a great experience!

My daughter purchased 3 choc cream donuts.All three of us noticed immediately that they were stale.Over day old stale. The pastry was dried out and hard like a crusty bunJust pIcking them out of their bags was a mess with most of the choc coating smeared on the wrapping. We stopped buying these yrs ago due to 'shrinkflation' and not being worth the cost.My daughter brought them as a surprise treat for her Dad and I, so the bad batch of donuts wasnt discovered until she was far from the store. She is a young university student and wonder if selective customers are being served old product to offset losses.Will not be back.

Dona provided excellent customer service, smiled, had a great attitude, and was very professional and helpful. I am 5.5 months pregnant, and had such a craving. Drove an hour for my desired original glazed. She made the trip totally worthwhile.

I don't understand the hype. My original glazed donut, although not oily, tasted heavily of oil. Texture was light and fluffy, but the oil taste was so off putting.

It's always a battle to choose a flavor. All of them are good, but if I could suggest just one, for sure would be the caramel crunch, my favourite. Hot chocolate is great too.

The always friendly and fast staff is always there to save you from getting a ticket, as you're illegally parked, while getting donuts, because they're so quick to fulfill your order 👏🏻👏🏻

They've always been very kind to me and willing to get my order right, but when I went with my trans partner yesterday, the tone shifted. She picked up a coffee today without me and they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about when she was just ordering my usual drip coffee that I get all the time. Neither of us will be returning.

The doughnuts are good - like at any location. However almost every time I've gone there they've made a mistake in my order. I just looked at my three doughnuts I got for my family and they managed to get the order wrong. I don't feel they listen to when you place your order. There shouldn't be this many mistakes.
