I went into this Krispykreme, as a family member needed to use the washroom. A customer came in and had a worker unlock the door for him, exposing my family member from the waist down. They couldn't hear the yelling, that it was in use. I watched as this worker was laughing about it to the staff, and when I went to complain, no information was provided to me to make a formal complaint. Manager was apparently not in. I'm disgusted by this behaviour.

Lovely and wonderful experience with Krispy Kreme. Nothing too fancy, just a wonderful baked good that makes you realize how bad some of the other options we have at times are. I would have far more sugar in my system in my life if there were more closer to me. Entire process was simple and I was left wanting more- not because of the service, but because the taste was so good that I wished I had bought more! Alas.

This place used to boast great service. Now expected to pay 85c for a paper bag after spending $11 on 6 doughnuts. Treat your customers with kindness and fairness and you will have their loyalty.
