I had a very disappointing experience at this Krispy Kreme location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my order, and the employee at the counter spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. She even made unpleasant facial expressions right in front of me, which made the situation even worse.
Customers deserve basic courtesy, especially when we come to pick up a prepaid order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to their staff. I will think twice before coming back.

We drove a long way because my nephew specifically wanted the classic Krispy Kreme donuts. They had just run out, so we decided to wait for the next batch. It took a bit longer than expected, but the staff made the whole experience worth it. The two young guys working were incredibly kind and surprised us at the end with two dozen fresh donuts. I didn’t catch their names, but they were genuinely thoughtful and went above and beyond. Excellent service, and honestly, gestures like this are why people keep coming back. Highly recommend this location.
Krispy Kreme donuts are addictively good. For the Halloween season they have halloween donuts. I had a Jack o' latern donut at this location and it was fresh, sweet and creamy. Always great customer service at this Danforth location. Jibril who served me on my last visit was friendly and went above by placing my halloween donuts in a box rather than a bag so they would'nt get crushed. Thank you! My go to spot for donuts on The Danny!

I got half my order delivered. When I called a very rude man answered and when I asked why they can’t just send the rest of the order he hung up. So I paid and tipped thinking I was getting one thing and got nothing. Never again

I really like this Krispy Kreme. It’s never too busy, so getting donuts is always quick and easy. The whole process — from ordering to payment and pickup — runs really smoothly. Every donut tastes great, and I always end up buying more than I planned to! However, there are usually a few items sold out each time I visit, which is a bit disappointing.
