Woo! August 23/25- waking up and eating 2 doughnuts is a dream come true! I met some very kind people here and lived the Canadian dream! As a Slytherin house member got my house and the classic glazed doughnut but sadly the indoor dining was blocked off

The staff was super friendly and the place smelled like a dream. I walked in for one and ended up leaving with a full dozen. No regrets at all. Highly recommend if you’re a doughnut lover or just looking to treat yourself. I’ll definitely be back!

You can sit right inside this Krispy Kreme Café. It's not super busy so it's quiet but the coffee and different beverages and wide selection of donuts makes me a regular visit just for a coffee and donut. It's a great Cafe'

Seating area was blocked , on top of that I used to get a bagel all the time and I just assumed there was never any. It turns out they're hidden in a plastic container and you just can't see them. Horrible business practice

I ordered a box of donuts through UberEats today and was really disappointed with how they arrived. Several donuts were smashed, stuck to the lid, and had lost their toppings. Unfortunately, UberEats refused to offer any refund or compensation, leaving me stuck with a messy, unsatisfying order. While I love Krispy Kreme, it’s frustrating that their partnership with UberEats results in such poor customer experiences with no accountability. I hope Krispy Kreme reconsiders how these deliveries are handled.
I really like their take home coffees. One of the ways I spoil myself. The donuts are the best.

One of the best donuts i have ever eaten. Amazing test, juicy inside , sweet and mouth watering. On the top of that employee is very kind , welcoming, and explain every donuts test and made of . Especially a lady whom working in afternoon. Excellent service ??

Poor customer service, they didn't have coffee an hour to closing time would not make more, washrooms were blocked off, staff said the washrooms are closed.... poor/lazy customer service.
