Kung Fu Tea on Greystone (Toronto)

Yesterday, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. Unfortunately, the drink was mostly water-based and lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were all stuck together in a solid chunk, making them difficult to eat. This was surprising to me because I have always loved the tapioca at Kungfu Tea and never had any complaints before.

It wasn’t even very busy at the time, so I feel there was an opportunity to remake the drink. However, I couldn’t ask for a replacement because I was in a rush and didn’t want to miss my bus. I hope the quality improves. But after this experience, I think it’s time for me to stop having bubble tea here.

I’m a bit weary of coming here now due to the past complaints of employees joking about “spitting in customers drinks”, that is beyond unacceptable and is a health code violation and chargeable offence. I hope management takes these concerns seriously as I am very cautious about going to this spot anymore, it is sad because it is close to me and seems like a nice place to sit and chill.

However I do wish that they would hire employees of other ethnicities so people would feel comfortable in sitting at the establishment.

They have the some of the best bubble tea in town.

I love Kung Fu Tea and every single employee that works here. I'd still come back for the tea whether there was good service or not because it's that good but the people just make it better. Thank you for always making my drink to perfection and greeting me and my babies with a smile :)

Kung fu tea is usually my go to place for bubble tea, but I really dread going in to this location now because one of the employees, the young man with the bowl cut and blonde hair is very unpleasant and rude. I am hoping that he can be asked to do tasks that don’t involve him taking orders as he has no customer service skills.

Amazing customer service, the atmosphere was very relaxing and I enjoyed chatting while I chose what I was ordering. Very friendly & the drinks were great! As a slow decider the drink recommendations were very helpful as well

I've got to say, this is the best Kung Fu Tea spot I've ever visited. They really know how to make my drinks taste amazing and of high quality. And how cool is it that if you order two drinks, you get two free crème brûlées? What I appreciate the most is the beautiful dining area and the cozy vibe. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be returning to this place!

This place makes the best bubble tea in Toronto hands down! Love their egg waffles as well. Shootout to Chris for fast, professional, and kind service. My egg waffle was nice and hot perfectly golden. My bubble tea was so delicious I've tried countless bubble teas across the province and this one is hands down my favorite. Would recommend if you're ever near Greystone!
