I wish I can give 0 star but there isn’t any option. Need to cooperate well with uber eat about customer service and operations

I loved the Taro milk tea I ordered for the first time there. The service was warm and pleasant .

This is my go to Matcha Milk tea store cause its 5 mins drive from my house. Recently I wanted to try their Creme Brule so I ordered a creme brule and its so watery!!! So disappointing

Honestly, I’ve never even had Boba tea, but I could tell you one thing this place is amazing. You got to try it. If you don’t try it you’ll never know the feeling of the Boba tea in your belly. Make sure you get the little balls in the cup I forget what it’s called Ha ha ha fire don’t eat that stuff. Just let it make flavour in your drink and then throw it out in the garbage can like you’re rich and fancy that’s what some people do.

Yesterday, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. Unfortunately, the drink was mostly water-based and lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were all stuck together in a solid chunk, making them difficult to eat. This was surprising to me because I have always loved the tapioca at Kungfu Tea and never had any complaints before.

It wasn’t even very busy at the time, so I feel there was an opportunity to remake the drink. However, I couldn’t ask for a replacement because I was in a rush and didn’t want to miss my bus. I hope the quality improves. But after this experience, I think it’s time for me to stop having bubble tea here.

I’m a bit weary of coming here now due to the past complaints of employees joking about “spitting in customers drinks”, that is beyond unacceptable and is a health code violation and chargeable offence. I hope management takes these concerns seriously as I am very cautious about going to this spot anymore, it is sad because it is close to me and seems like a nice place to sit and chill.

However I do wish that they would hire employees of other ethnicities so people would feel comfortable in sitting at the establishment.

They have the some of the best bubble tea in town.

Never been disappointed

I love Kung Fu Tea and every single employee that works here. I'd still come back for the tea whether there was good service or not because it's that good but the people just make it better. Thank you for always making my drink to perfection and greeting me and my babies with a smile :)
