I personally know the manager that runs this store. He is a chill and friendly person that does his best to fulfill your needs if necessary, and I've had plenty of conversations with him (very talented for a young guy, we are a decade apart and he manages to land a managerial position when it's something I definitely do not have the talents for!).
The location is a bit small but most boba places aren't exactly located in spacious stores.

the brown sugar pearl milk tea is the best drink here i always get it. great music and atmosphere. the service is always good. i also love the foosball table

Silver hair guy needs an attitude check, his sass levels are through the roof. I ordered a regular pearl milk tea as he rolled his eyes. Anyway, order was received correctly, HOWEVER, I checked the sticker on the side of the cup with a disturbing message claiming that he didn’t use tapioca pearls and rather used another substance? Excuse me? I was afraid to even consume my drink after this. I entered the washroom only to find a similar substance of the tapioca pearls inside the toilet!?! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Never coming here again!
bad customer service. the workers here r pretty much always in a bad mood and will spit in ur drink if ur not a hot asian girl
a few weeks ago, the male employee with silver hair was taking my order and rolled his eyes at me when I changed my mind and wanted 30% sugar instead of 50% (note: he was still taking my order when I changed my mind, he wasn’t already making my drink)
Really unhappy with the customer service from him, I would love to keep coming here since I live very close by but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth
