I’ve been waiting for good elevated Filipino cuisine and it’s finally here! Traditional ingredients and flavours mixed in with modern twists. All the plates were surprising yet nostalgic at the same time. Dishes were served by the chef himself too. My only critique was the crispy pata skin was a tad tough but this is an easy fix. As a Filipino I’m glad to see our cuisine highlighted in fine dining. Can’t wait to see more from Kusinero.
