Do not come with a group!!!! Came with a big group and was really excited to eat but the food was so slow to come out that our whole group was sharing one small plate that gave each of us two bites every 20 min. They only brought around half the food we ordered and I spent 2 hours or so waiting that by the end I got tired left and ordered food from home.

Food was good but the wrong pic is on DoorDash. Thought I was ordering what was in the picture buts regular chicken teriyaki and container of steamed rice. But it was delicious lol

We found a long hair wrapped inside the sushi. When we showed them, two lady server tried to put the blame on us, when they realized our hair was covered, still they did not apologize, they were denying it.
They take their customer service lightly.

I recently had dinner at Kyoto House Japanese Restaurant in Toronto. As the name suggests, you might expect a traditionally Japanese run establishment but interestingly, the restaurant is owned and operated entirely by Chinese staff, The sushi was okay—not amazing, but passable for the price. However, the lack of cleanliness and outdated interior really took away from the experience. I probably wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.

Years ago my mom used to like this place so we gave it a shot. It was terrible. Terrible service (as always) and food was really awful too. The ayce options were super limited. Taste is blend. The only good ones are the ones they didn’t cook: salmon sashimi, edamame, and miso soup. The waitress just threw food on our table.

My bf took two bites and refused to eat anything. I finished half of the ribs (usually I love them) and felt nauseous the entire night. It was fatty, greasy, and for a weird abnormal taste.

For the poor quality and the bad impact on our bodies, they should be paying us. lol never again.

Went to this restaurant with family for a birthday party! Really tasty food. The price was also quite low for an AYCE. We will come back again!

Recently went here with my family for a birthday party. They gave us a room and sang happy birthday to us. The fish was fresh and especially the short ribs were delicious. Would recommend trying this restaurant!

Came here for the first time. Nothing bad to say. Service was great. They were on the ball when it came to orders. Everything tasted great and fresh. I’d recommend and will be back!
