Torontos hidden gem. Amazing cafe during the day, delicious coffee and incredible sandwiches, simple yet delicious and always fresh. Don’t even get me started on the banana bread. They were also absolutely spectacular for dinner. Every dish was 10/10 and likely the tastiest meal I’ve had in the city in years as someone who eats out regularly. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, truly couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Best chocolate chip cookie in the city. Amazing range of treats and drinks. 10/10
absolutely loved dining at this cute little cafe turned bistro during evenings. the ambiance and music were on point (chanson française and old french orchestral tracks), so cozy and relaxed - no need to yell over the music to speak to my friend across from me. the server and chefs were friendly and sincere, and the chefs served some of the dishes directly to our table and asked how they were. the food was authentic and presented so elegantly. everything tasted delicious and rich. prices were very reasonable. 10/10, i will definitely be revisiting 🫶
The food is not only very, very good but close to magic.
Great place to stop for a croissant and coffee. Good WiFi. This establishment is very popular with locals for good reason.
Sime furniture looking a bit worn but staff keeps client area spotless.
Delicious smoothies, juices, and coffee. I had their espresso tonic and it had a perfect balance of citrus and espresso.
The creme brulee cookie is best cookie ive ever had in my life
My wife and I enjoyed a truly beautiful dining experience, featuring a thoughtfully curated meal paired with a selection of exceptional wines. The evening was perfectly capped off with a delightful dessert and a unique digestif that added a memorable finishing touch. We highly recommend the dinner service to anyone spending an evening in Toronto's Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood.
Really excellent sourdough bread
The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The croissant was way too flaky and didn’t feel like a traditional croissant. The marzipan inside was a bit too runny. I m not sure if it was real marzipan or some sort of runny almond paste.

Very disappointed today to visit the store, as a long time customer away for a while, and find that the place is much changed. the bakery feel is gone, as are the shelves with a variety of breads, and a nice selection of croissants etc, as well as a small assortment of cheeses, good sandwiches, etc. The Alsatian White used to be one of the very best breads in Toronto. Now gone. Found just a few breads in the corner, and a few sad looking pastries. The feel of the place is now of a very ordinary coffee cafe, with a staff member who seemed interested in little else than serving the next take-out coffee. Sadly won't be back, with the Alsatian bread gone, and the feel of an authentic French bakery. Lost to ordinary Toronto, grab a paper cup and check your phone. Not the first French bakery defeated this way.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich, it was $15 plus tax and it was absolutely not worth it. 5$ equivalent at Tim Hortons is better value and quality. 100% chance I’ll not be returning.
