A laid back Mexican street food restaurant with a great happy hour. The service was very friendly and the margaritas were delicious. I had some of the tacos and the were mouthwatering. A bit pricey $7-8 even during happy hour. But they were so good. The hot sauce was excellent too.

10/10!! My partner and I have been on the lookout for a great, authentic Mexican place after one stuck with us years ago - this place from the workers to food are fantastic as can be, truly! 💜
Every worker has such a fun and sweet character, even with a funny mixup they still had such great hearts to them. The cooks def need a shoutout too from making probably the best tacos I’ve had in this city, and the churros were fresh and natural as can be! Not to mention the horchata is authentic as you can get 💜
Even going to point out how the folks don’t push you at all for a thing nor rush you unlike many restaurants have been; that’s a huge thank you from a personal and hospitality worker level. 🥰 Thank you for being so great!

Handsdown Highkey the BEST Mexican restaurant in Toronto. If you’re ever here order the quesabirrias, tacos de asada and the tres leches cake…I’m Mexican and I’m flabbergasted.

We ordered the Quesabirria, and it was AMAZING. The taste was so rich and delicious... Im latina and this si one of the best Mexican restaurants I've tried in Toronto. We also tried the Tres Leches cake and it was also AMAZING. One of the best ones I've had in my life, and I've had many. It wasn't too sweet, it was super creamy... Unfortunately we were too hungry to take pictures, but please, trust me.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Thursday taco deal. $20/3 tacos. They were really good! And the tres leches is a must try!

the food was absolutely fantastic! the tacos were absolutely FULLY loaded, biggest bang for your buck🤩 the nachos were also super good— they were perfectly layered with super fresh and great ingredients, and the chips stayed crispy!! super great vibes with very cute interior! heard the upstairs/outdoor patio was also really cute and vibey, but we didn’t get a chance to go! (it was too cold) but definitely a summer bucket list item! this place is a must try!!!!
