It was my birthday and my partner and i wanted a cozy unique restaurant that feels like a hug. After browsing through open table, i came across La ciel and booked the reservation. It's so beautiful and felt warm. The food was great, the servers were nice and attentive! I would surely visit again! 😍
I Did mention on notes about Birthday Arrangements besides they just took is in public igloo At least they should have hold for couple moment I was expecting a call if they could able to make any arrangement for my girlfriend birthday but I was not expecting any public igloo to sit And table we got in the middle not even on the side.. no heating just ruined the day
It was good experience there but we booked outside sitting in our dome it was to dark and the light were fused. Food was good but less quantity according to price.
Our reservation was at 11pm, we reached 15 minutes early they asked us to wait, we waited till 11:30pm, they didn't give us a table (we had reservation) their response was: we can't do anything it is what it is. We had to argue with the staff to get us our reserved table. Ambiance was bad, music was bad, table service was late and overall the New Year experience was the worst.
Overall, it was a decent experience. However, the appetizers were overpriced and not worth the money, while the main course was fine. I ordered a mushroom starter for $22 and received only two portobello mushrooms. The taste was excellent, no doubt, but two mushrooms for that price was disappointing. Even the desserts didn't feel worth the cost. I didn't order one because it was priced the same as a main course. This is the main reason I might not go back again.
i have visited first time awesome experience Jagrit treat us as good i recommend everyone to visit
Just hosted a customer holiday event at La Ciel for my second year in a row... and I couldn't be more pleased with this restaurant but also the entire experience! We chose an outdoor based dome seating option which allowed all 8 of us to sit, share, eat and converse comfortably! Service was outstanding and our hostess Neha was phenomenal at ensuring all our questions and dietary restrictions we catered to. The food was (and always has been) on point! Tasty, deliciously spiced and filling! Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience celebrating my husband's 40th birthday! The red carpet welcome, the food and the service were top notch. Thank you!
First experience and glad that it went well! Food and hospitality was great and special mention to Jagrit for wonderful service he provided

A nice place to have hooka and food in a dome which makes a perfect chilling for friends. we visited several time but this sunday night just had some confusion with front server as we enter she asked to spend minimum $100 on hooka or take $250 unlimieted hooka. i requested that i been with these friends just a month ago and there was no such talk if you have recently change something just let me know. she said yes we did change recently. But she went inside and had words with her manager and then all the conditions were removed and we enjoyed as normal as we were doing.

Terrible experience, I recently went to La Ciel to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was a really disappointing experience. Two days before our visit, I called and specifically requested a private igloo for the celebration and even noted it while booking online. No one told me about any “package” requirement. But when we arrived, they gave us a public igloo instead. and falsely claimed they had called me (they didn’t). Only after I insisted did they mention I had to pay extra for a package. which they failed to explain earlier.
To salvage the evening, I agreed to pay an extra $100 package fee, which supposedly included:
A private igloo
A private speaker
Some decoration with rose petals and candles
They never provided the speaker, even after I asked multiple times, saying “we don’t have one right now.” Totally unprofessional. Food options were limited, and overall service was rude and careless. Spent nearly $300 for two people and they completely ruined what was supposed to be a special night. Terrible experience, poor communication, and unprofessional service.
I would not recommend La Ciel to anyone. Never going back.

Extremely Disappointed Experience at La Ciel
We went to La Ciel to celebrate a birthday and had initially booked a private dome. Later, we decided to change our minds — but the staff insisted we still pay $100, claiming it was for “decoration and efforts.” The only “decoration” they did was a few rose petals on the table and a couple of candles — nothing close to what was promised or worth that amount. Additionally, they claimed that our spot was booked and to clarify on that almost all spots were empty so it wasn’t even like place was extra busy.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY , THIS PLACE IS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
To make things worse, the staff were very rude and unprofessional throughout the experience. What was supposed to be a special celebration turned into a stressful and disappointing evening. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or accommodating experience.
I ordered two starters, one of which was Malai Soya Chaap. It was served with white pasta sauce, which didn't make sense, and the food was completely cold — even the soup. Definitely not worth the money.
Sunil was fantastic in making sure we were comfortable. The sofas in the main dining room are quite deep and don't have pillows, but he thoughtfully brought some over from the outdoor area for us — such a sweet gesture, especially since we had shorter guests with us. The food was overall fantastic! I'd say the appetizers stood out even more than the main course. Everything was flavourful — the Paani puri and veg chow mein were excellent. I usually prefer steamed momos over fried ones, but even though these were fried, they were still quite tasty — just a matter of personal preference. The dahi kebabs were good, and we sampled quite a few dishes. The crispy corn was okay, but the peanuts were excellent. The chilli paneer was one of the softest, most well-marinated paneers I've had, and the chicken was described by the ladies at our table as the most tender they'd ever eaten. For mains, the rumaali roti and garlic naan were both excellent. The malai kofta — rich and flavorful gravy but found the koftas chewy and another chicken dish were just okay and not everyone at the table loved it. Among the drinks, the shikanji lemon drink was very refreshing, and the watermelon drink was also pleasant. Dessert was a total hit — the kulfi was absolutely divine and a must-try! Entertainment by Vishal really added to the evening — he created such a warm, upbeat atmosphere, and we even ended up dancing! His music brought a lovely, soothing energy to the space. We took a short walk to The igloos afterwards — it was nice for photos and a quick hangout, though we still preferred the cozy vibe of the main dining room. All in all, a wonderful evening with great food, thoughtful service, and fantastic entertainment.
