love this place! i had a huge order of 4 soft serves with dip/topping and the singular worker there got through my order extremely fast. the large family after me did not have to wait long at all. the bay and richmond locations are so horrible i feel like this location deserves its recognition for having its own superb service!

First time coming here with some friends, when asked about how the Menu works. The girl who was working, answered with sarcasm and just plain rude. Seemingly making fun of my questions and looking at my friends as if were supposed to know these things. Train your staff on how to deal with customers questions, not everyone knows how you guys run your business. Ice cream was okay, a bit on the expensive side. I recommend going somewhere else than this place .

Their ice cream is incredible! The variety of dips you can choose from is amazing, and the service? Absolutely top-notch! The employees are so friendly, and the selection of cheesecakes and ice cream flavours are phenomenal. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in the area! The red velvet cheesecake was a hit at our family gathering!

Really wanted to like this place…disappointed. Ordered the milkshake which came out to 7.89 and came in a regular size glass. You remember when you were a kid and tried to make chocolate milk from pieces of chocolate and milk? That’s what we got here. not thick tastes like watered down milk with big chunks of oreo. Staff was very friendly and fast service but if craving good ice cream, DQ is the better bet and DEFINITELY better bang for your buck.

Horrible place I should’ve known once I saw an international Indian student serving me. I ordered the mango kiwi smoothie and I should’ve known it was a red flag once I saw him starting to remove frozen packages from the freezer. Nothing was fresh about the smoothie. me and my friends had to throw it in the garbage from how bad it was. It was disgusting. What a waste of $8 each. I’d never buy from here again. Lesson learnt. Also if you order smoothies from here it all comes in frozen ice cube shaped blocks in a plastic container and he blends it after with tap water…

The worst of the worst. I came here for the first time and it’s a bunch of Indian students working here with no experience, served frozen not fresh drinks. I shouidve left once I saw an Indian was serving me. I will never come back and order from this store. Me and my friends were truly disappointed what a waste of money
