The moment we stepped into the restaurant all the staff were so welcoming. Our server recommended this amazing bottle of wine we shared with dinner. Our appetizers and mains came out really fast and everyone made sure our tables was clean. Overall an amazing experience, the pasta was one of those dishes I could eat everyday!

I love going to La Palma purely for the nostalgia alone. I lived on Palmerston Ave for many years, and Caffe Brasiliano was my go to spot for morning coffee and breakfast. It held a special place in my routine and my heart.

Now, La Palma has transformed the space into something fresh and modern, yet it still feels familiar in all the best ways. The vibe is relaxed and stylish, with a menu that leans into Italian Californian flavours. It’s creative, delicious, and perfect for sharing. The 100-layer lasagna, mushroom agnolotti, and crispy potatoes are a must try! The cocktails and wine selection are equally impressive.

While it’s a definite shift from the old-school charm of Caffe Brasiliano, La Palma has brought new life to the corner, and I find myself coming back not just for the food, but for the memories. A great spot for brunch, dinner, or drinks with friends, and a meaningful one for those who remember what came before it❤️

Great Rooftop Dining for Mother's Day

We had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at La Palma. The rooftop seating was perfect for the beautiful weather, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Service was attentive without being overbearing, making the whole meal smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, a great spot for a special occasion or a nice meal on a sunny terrace.

I really enjoyed this place this place was as advertised. I don't know actually how I came across it but I know that I saw it on some show.On my visit to Toronto I know that I had to stop by. The service was fast and friendly, this place had an open kitchen so you can see everything that's going on. Watching the chefs prepare your food is an art form. I went for the 100 layer lasagna and it exceeded my expectations. If you're in the Toronto area this is a must. I will be visiting this place again. Thanks for the great service

An Instagram story about their Monday night lasagna special caught my eye. So I went not knowing what to expect, and I was very happily satisfied by every last bit of the experience. Fresh, airy, and well-designed dining room. Perfect welcoming service - always attentive without ever once being overbearing. Great cocktails. Yummy starters - we had the Mizuna salad (perfect balance of brightness and crunch), wagyu meatballs (tender inside, crisp coat, luscious tomato sauce to cover) and squash fritti (think the most indulgent chips ever). Each was great for sharing. Their 100 Layer Lasagna deserves the raves - giant portion, perfectly balanced layers, tender noodles, mellow cheese, tangy tomatoes, delectable meat. The Lumache Alla Vodka was perfectly al dente and lusciously sauced with just the right kick of cheese and nduja savouriness. We were too full for dessert. But we’ll go back soon. All for $145 + tip. Sooo good.

Went for mothers day brunch, everyone enjoyed the lasagna, buratta and rose. I had the savory waffle with mushroom, asparagus and whipped lemon ricotta. My family enjoyed their French toast, smoked salmon club sandwich and Shakshouka.

The lasagna is amazing. The food, service and atmosphere were great and the prices are reasonable.

food and atmosphere were great! however experience was ruined a bit by a bus boy. He was throwing plates on the table, dropping utentils by accident so food splashed to my arm. putting utensils weirdly. it seemed like he didn‘t care or wasn’t trained properly.

Good atmosphere and ambiance. Not impressed by food (Pomodoro and burrata were decent, cacio pepe pizza and rigatoni were bad). The server passionately recommended the above dishes, but they failed to impress. Amalfi (cocktails) was not great either.

Overall not worth the price. The food was decent. The salagna was too salta and lacked depth and flavour. The pizzas were abit burnt. The burrata was amazing though.

La Palma is nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous and the price wasn't unfair. Our waitress, Maria, was funny, knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. The ambiance was delightful too! I highly recommend La Palma!

Came here for my birthday, during Winterlicious. The food was good, but not outstanding considering the price.

Service was really slow, we waited over an hour to be served. I don't understand why since we all did the set menu during Winterlicious and I had made reservations.

Lastly they didn't even do anything remotely special for my birthday, like bringinf a small desert with a candle like they said they would.

Service left a lot to be desired.

I had been here before and enjoyed it, maybe this was a one off.
