Update: after my review and several calls to 311 + chat with workers at La Patrona they did, in fact, lower the volume. I sincerely appreciate it and hope that our mutual understanding will continue.
I'm one of the neighbors next to La Patrona and it's incredible how insanely loud the music is almost every single night that it reverberates in mine and my flatmates bedrooms. I am submitting a report to 311 and will continue to do so until managers/ownership at La Patrona learn what an acceptable dB level is in a city. P.s. Cocktail bar Kensei at 1173 Dundas St West is an example of how music is done right. Please support businesses that make communities better, not worse.

The food was good, but there was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, that was really bad, I told someone but they did not do anything about it. Also, the patio felt a more like a sauna, there was no air in there.

Food was great , took a little longer than expected , we went for the 2 for 1 drinks which also tasted great , however we were thrown off by our bill at the end , they don’t tell you but 18% gratuity is automatically applied to your final bill and we were not told prior to paying untill we had to clarify with the waiter before leaving an additional tip on top of that ..
Over all the experience was good for the food and vibes but the prices and auto gratuity was throwing us off

Very bad experience i was with a group of friends celebrating a bday and with all the amount of ppl they were prompting to charge but they never completed my order there was a promotion of 3 for the price of 2 and I never got the 3rd bucket they used the excuse that they gave it to another person and I was the one who paid, obviously not my problem if they give it to the wrong person they suppose to bring to the person who paid. At the end I never got it and the so called manager said we'll you never paid for it since it was a promotion the 3rd was a gift like seriously!!! Never coming back and this was my first and last and I recommend my friends not to come and get robbed!!! Besides the manager was not professional at all looks like he was hired from the bunch !
