Why too expensive. Just paid over 9 dollars for pretty basic smoothie. This restaurant is on a university campus and primarily meant for uni students ( who have no money), so they have no reason to be charging this much.

I ordered winter raspberry matcha, and it doesn't look like what they have on their screen, not enough matcha to make the drink look actually like green. The multugrain bacon grilled cheese tastes okay.

All the food seems like a bit “off” - the fruits are always a bit rotten/smell weird, the loafs are oily and have a stale/uneven taste, the drinks taste “murky”, and the food (sandwiches, pasta, salads) taste like they haven’t been properly stored and were prepared using utensils/cutting boards that were used for other things (my meatless salad had a chicken-y taste to it).

Sandwiches were very very small and disappointing for the price. Chorizo wrap did not have any chorizo and tasted like it was not prepared today. This chain had many locations Downtown before the pandemic, and perhaps it is time to close this final location.

Never had a basic stuff look and served so posh. I ordered a Bagel with butter and coffee. Just for presentation I could 5 Stars but then the bagel was so soft and nicely done.

DISGUSTED!! I will never purchase an item from this location again. I had a terrible experience this morning with May, she was completely unprofessional lacked customer service. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere!
