Great music, great food, great folks!
Terrible experience. I placed an order for Cinco de Mayo through Ritual and when went to pickup the order, it was not ready. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, my order was still not ready and I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I asked if they could cancel my order Despite me telling them my name, order number and showing them my order on my phone, they could not find it in their queue so the 20 minutes I was quoted the second time was unrealistic....read full review
