It’s always a great experience going there and being served by the smiling faces. The food is delicious, portions are hearty, and top it all, it’s extremely reasonably priced.
I’ve tried the wraps, sandwiches and hot food. Everything has always been fresh. My top recommendation is the large hot food plate. It comes with rice and salad, along with a main of your choice. Jerk chicken, pulled pork and butter are my favourite mains.
Another fantastic option is the chicken wrap. It’s a mouthful for sure!
Breakfast options are plentiful also with great coffee!
Finally, the service is absolutely spot on. There’s a long queue at times during lunch hours but it moves quickly and efficiently.

I’ve ordered from La TAZZA for corporate events and all the employees love the food! The sandwiches taste super fresh and homemade. The pasta salad was so delicious. The prices here are super affordable so definitely consider ordering here for your next corporate event or just a bite to eat for yourself. Only criticism is that they are unavailable on any food delivery app (door dash or uber).

I work 3 mins from here and I come here almost once a week for lunch. The food tastes great for the price you pay and the owner does not hold back on portions and fills your container with a lot of food. Owner is an extremely nice guy and really enjoys his job. For the atmosphere I wouldn’t have a date here as it’s not the most recently renovated but still a cozy place to sit down and enjoy your meal. I’ll continue to come here.
